A very warm welcome and everything was explained. Great sized room on the top floor. Breakfast and evening meals all excellent. A great location 5 minutes rom the beach.

One night booked an hour before we got there.

Friendly and attentive staff. Well looked after front garden. It was really nice sitting outside. Was able to park right outside. Lovely breakfast.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff.

We had the lite lunch just after we arrived and it was delicious. Rooms are very clean, staff can't do enough for you. Nice and peaceful on a night beds are very comfortable. Breakfast: a good variety to suit everyone. The full English was delicious. Would definitely book again. Free onsite parking was a bonus.

We cannot speak too highly about our stay at the Ransdale Hotel. Cleanliness was notable. Food was outstanding both breakfast and dinner. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our stay was outstanding value for money. Congratulations to Tim and his staff on a great little hotel and a super break. We will be returning. Phile & Dot Ashmore.

A very nice stay in a great location

No parking on site but we managed free parking not far from property. Great location only a couple of minutes walk to beach. Staff were great and attentive and the room was good enough for a short stay. The breakfast was very good and tasty and we did not wait long. The only downside was the bar prices were extremely expensive so only bought once and went elsewhere for a e evening drink. Overall a good place to stay. We have stayed there several times now and would book in again.

Noisy smelly not relaxing.

The breakfast was mediocre with poor quality ingredients.

The roo (1) was next door to the kitchen. From early morning to about 9pm the noise of the kitchen was very obtrusive. You could hear people talking noise from machines and general clatter of dishes. Right outside the room was overflowing bins that stunk and you couldn’t open the window. There was mould in the bathroom and the shower was very small…I couldn’t fit in it. Also there was an electrical switch right next to the sink which I’m fairly sure is against regulations. The bed was comfy but the room was very small and stuffy and because of the bins literally right under the window ( ground floor) you couldn’t open the window. All in all very was very disastified with the experience. ( the hotel was full so there was no point in asking to be moved to another room. If you stay there definetly avoid room 1.

Fabulous Place, brilliant people would definitely go again

The staff were super friendly, the dining room was lovely as was the food. Bedroom with ensuite really comfy.. the drinks in the bar were the least expensive we paid all night(good value for money)

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it, because we are gym users anyway, but our room was up two flights of very steep stairs so for anybody with mobility problems, you would have to use a room downstairs

From the warm welcome we received on arrival, this no frills hotel is a great find, located within a short walk to the promenade. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly and nothing too much trouble. The evening meals and breakfast were excellent. Very comfortable room.
