A. Proximity to Santa Maria Maggiore, that means: 1. 7 minutes walk to from termini 2. 15 minutes walk to Colosseum/forum/Piazza Venezzia 3. 10 minutes from the start of Via Urbana which leads to many restaurants in Monti B. Each morning starts with Molino with cappuccino at 1.9 and Cornetto the same price C. spacious bathroom with water with pressure, no problem with hot water. plethora of lights! D. Room with Fine Air-conditioning and window for fresh air E. Everyday cleaning and new towels if needed F. Fine working Small fridge G. Fine working WiFi since 4G/5G does not have good coverage.

1. it is not a hotel, i booked it from booking under the name Merulana 43, Guest House, but that name does not exist at the door bells of the outside door. if you don't have WhatsApp, you have to make an international call to Italian number: of course, Aly was very immediate and friendly and kind and helped us. 2. The room didn't have a wardrobe. instead, there was an alcove with a few cloth hangers. 3. Although it is a traditional old Italian building, the rooms are at the first floor, renovated so don't expect something traditional or maybe a view to the city: we had a window leading to a common patio. 4. i didn't like the way I had to pay the city taxes. it seemed very unprofessional.

The location was very good. The staff was reachable via wp. It was very clean. Nice place for staying a few days. The price/performance balance was good.

We were hearing sometimes a voice from outside of the room like a small dog walking. But it was ok.
