Lovely place to stay in the centre of Sancerre

Very convenient accommodation in the centre of town. It was clean and comfortable and allowed us to dry out after a wet cycle up a very steep hill! Kitchen was well equipped and bed comfy.

Good value for money, good location, Aircon. A few issues (but reflected in the price I guess)

Location is perfect Very good value for money for a short stay. The host is very responsive. Very quiet (but impossible to be loud given the nature of Sancerre) It has Aircon in the bedroom which should be advertised more as it is a great perk.

Damp smell in the apartment if windows closed when out during the day. Unorthodox entrance to the property with a very poorly lit entrance alley, and disconcerting climb up spiral stairs. very difficult to know if you're in the correct place, and the wooden door on the entrance of the hallway (just before the apartment door, so not the apartment door itself) appears to have a bolt lock on the outside which isn't very comforting. The bathroom could do with modernisation.

Das charmante Appartement ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeden Komfort. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt von Sancerre und der öffentliche, kostenfreie Parkplatz liegt ca. drei Gehminuten davon entfernt. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen.

der eingang und zugang zur wohnung ist eine zumutung. düster, dunkel, schmutzige treppe, man wähnt sich auf einer baustelle und denkt man sei am falschen ort die dusche grenzt auch an eklig mit defekten fliesen, schimmligen fugen und verrosteten zuleitungen bett zu klein

Bon court séjour, bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix.

Au moment d'entrer dans le logement il m'a paru très spacieux et je ne m'y attendais pas. La salle de bain et le séjour salle à manger sont grands et sympathiques à vivre. La chambre ne donne pas sur l'extérieur et cela permet d'atténuer le bruit éventuel de l'extérieur. Pour nous garer nous avons privilégié la stationnement sur la route des remparts des augustins qui permet aussi de profiter d'une belle vue. Ensuite il faut marcher 5 minutes à peine pour rejoindre le logement. L'hôte envoie beaucoup de message descriptifs pour que tout se passe bien. Le logement est proche d'une place vivante pour boire un verre et manger sans en avoir les inconvénients du bruit.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de sel/poivre pour la cuisine. L'espace cuisine est un peu mansardé, attention au niveau de la tête aux personnes de plus d'1m70 qui voudraient accéder au frigo.

Un excellent séjour !

La bâtisse ne paye pas de mine, dans le vieux Sancerre, parmi les autres, mais l'appartement a été intégralement refait récemment et l'emplacement est idéal ! Il y a de la place pour poser les vélos si on veut, et on est proche de tout dans le vieux Sancerre ! C'était top pour notre séjour d'une nuit !

Die Umstandskrämerei und die Kaution haben den Aufenthalt verdorben.

Eigentlich ist die Unterkunft für den Preis okay. Auch Lage und Sauberkeit.

Als wir bereits gebucht hatten, wurde eine Kaution non 300€ aufgerufen. Ich frage mich, mit welcher Berechtigung. In dem Objekt war nichts von großem Wert. Ich wollte sofort zurücktreten, dann hätte ich aber die Übernachtungsgebühr trotzdem bezahlen müssen. So habe ich dann mein Konto im Auge behalten müssen, ob die Kaution ungerechtfertigt abgebucht wird. Auch das Handling ist überaus kompliziert gewesen. Parkplätze nicht vorhanden. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster.
