    Great
    Nice and cool inside whilst the outside was 30°. Some cookies and snacks were left as a welcome gesture. The kitchen had a water leak so we couldn't use it at the time of our visit. The host however provided a seperate kitchen just on the other side of the yard so it wasn't a problem. There was a lot of food included in the breakfast. Bread, cakes, cookies, milk, juice,... We couldn't finish all of it. The host also left a nice pie in the fridge but sadly we had to leave it since we couldn't take it with us in our hot car on a 8 hour drive 🥲.
    House was great, just the stairs were a bit wonkey. Our 3 year old couldn't really hold onto the support because it was loose. But that's about the only thing not to like.

    Not what we expected
    The accommodation is quite good for up to 6 people. Breakfast was nice.
    At Booking.com an address in Sancerre is listed, but our GPS did not get us there. Then it turned out that the host had send us a message with revised address instructions: the street name and number were the same but in the neighbouring town of Saint-Satur. I won't assume bad faith, but if this would have been transparent from the outset we would have looked for another place. Also we were not impressed with the cleanness. We refrained from using the shower and the dog of a previous guest had left some souvenirs under the table in the garden - perhaps something those guest are to be blamed for in the first place but we were not amused.

    Zeker een adresje om te ontouden
    Ontbijt en welkomst hapjes waren top!! Alles was heel proper en super ingericht Keuken met al de luxe voorzien. Ook al hebben we de gastvrouw niet gezien, ze zond regelmatig een bericht om te zien of alles OK was
    Bed waren niet zo stevig. 1 van de bedden mistten zelf latten .... In de beschrijving van booking stond er genoteerd dat we ontbijt kregen maar was slechts 1 maal ontbijt als welkom. Daarnaast had booking ook vermeld dat er handdoeken aanwezig gingen zijn. Lakens waren OK maar geen handdoeken aanwezig, ook geen toiletpapier zoals vermeld
