It was a fab little Annex. We booked a dinner reservation in mumbles and wanted somewhere to stay. Perfect location £6 uber down the road.

Very well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom door was stiff and noisy opening and closing. There were no shelves or places to put your clothes in the bathroom as it was a wet room. It should say on the details that the double bed is a mattress on the floor as the pitch of the roof was too low for a bed.there were no instruction leaflets for tv heating etc
