Whiteshell Chalets

Everything you need for a great holiday. Chalet great as has good private outdoor space that catches the evening sun. Great location near lovely beach, coast path for exploring to secluded beaches or into Mumbles heading back the other way. A lovely break!

Large balcony with seating, sofa bed was solid (no creaking or movement when you turn over at night). My dad had the double le bedroom, good hanging space, nice room. The owner responded really quickly when we reported a minor issue with shower not draining very well.

Sofa bed was very firm, I used a matress topper and then it was OK. I also had an eye mask for the light mornings.

The chalet had a great view. It was cosy and very well laid out to maximise the light. It came with bedding, towels and there were tea and coffee bags, milk and Welsh cakes provided. Jo, the owner was really friendly and came to introduce himself when we arrived.

Very little! The outside lights didn't work and the clock needed a new battery and we advised Jo about these.

Well equiped

After an uncomfortable night we discovered the bed was broken,on contacting the owner he immediately came to see how he could remedy it,but we felt that he blamed us for breaking it,and asked us why we hadnt told him as soon as it happened, even though we only discovered the frame was broken on the afternoon of the second day.We weren't that bothered about it being broken but felt uncomfortable because we felt we were blamed.However he did thank us for being understanding so it seems it may have been a misunderstanding
