This is a beautiful property, in a great location. It is very quiet, with lovely views. The property has everything you need. Ideal for exploring the Mumbles, which is a lovely place.
The only downside I would say is it’s quite a steep climb back up to the property from the mumbles if you are on foot. But the property itself we couldn’t fault.

Main kitchen and living room was light and airy.
Overall, pretty careworn and in need of refurbishing. Facilities and equipment were quite dated and a few things needed fixing. Could definitely do with a freshen up! Walk up the steep hill would definitely not be for everyone. Wouldn’t particularly recommend it until it has been tidied up.
