Great holiday home - easy down hill walk into Mumbles and quick to walk to Rotherslade and Langland (via a cafe stop obviously). My son loved playing in the garden, Nd the living room had a great amount of space too. We only used public transport - and Ubers to and from Swansea were quick and fairly cheap, but I've previously used the bus.

Main kitchen and living room was light and airy.
Overall, pretty careworn and in need of refurbishing. Facilities and equipment were quite dated and a few things needed fixing. Could definitely do with a freshen up! Walk up the steep hill would definitely not be for everyone. Wouldn’t particularly recommend it until it has been tidied up.
