A fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.
Access to a private courtyard/garden, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
First Floor:
Master Bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and views of Mumbles village.
Second Bedroom with twin beds, ideal for children or friends.
A modern bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC, and sink.
Additional Features:
Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Central heating for year-round comfort.
Free on-street parking is available, but spaces are limited and not guaranteed.
