Great location let down by frankly an apartment that is not good enough for families.

Great location to explore both Cologne and Bonn. Bed in main bedroom was super comfy. Parking right next to the apartment. Sieburg is a lovely city as well. Good facilities as in coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Apartment was dirty on arrival and despite a 4pm arrival time the cleaner didn’t finish till 6pm. We were messaged just gone 4 to say to wouldn’t be ready but we were already there by then, maybe an earlier message would have helped. The top bedroom in the attic is literally a mattress on the floor and is roasting hot. Plus we were only left a single duvet for this double bed. The bathroom is awful and once we had fought our way through the dirty towels left by the previous people you could see it’s very aged and needs updating. No hot water in the kitchen either. The ‘back garden’ is a building site so please ignore garden views and bbq in the description. The other residents in the building are very loud and every night we were woken by the noise. WiFi only works in the lounge and when you have teenagers that’s an issue. 😊 Also it would have been good to have more than one fan left as the apartment gets very hot. Overall quite disappointed and felt it wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gute elektrische Ausstattung der Küche.

Es fehlten Besteckteile, der Toilettensitz ist lose. Das Badezimmer hat Sanierungsstau. Der Dachboden ist nicht nutzbar. Es gibt keine Parkplätze. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

Nichts sry dritter Stock obwohl ich im Vorfeld wegen Parkplatz gefragt hatte wurde mitgeteilt einer ist direkt vorm Haus den zweiten Parkplatz macht Mann uns frei findet sich ne Lösung als wir ankamen bepackt mit allem mussten wir nebenan parken aber nur ein Fahrzeug

Die Schlafräume lagen aneinander Raum durch Raum durch Raum das angeblich 4 te Schlafzimmer ist weder abschließbar und unzumutbar auf holz Paletten einfach ne dünne Matratze drauf zu werfen außerdem ist es so offen das Man von dem Schlafzimmer aus in die Küche guckt unzumutbar sowas

Schöne große Dachwohnung

Schöne große ausgefallene Dachwohnung.. Schön möbliert und ausgestattet( Bügeleisen, Haarföhn, usw)hell und mit vielen Fenstern. Küche Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wohnung sauber und komfortabel.

Baustelle vor der Haustür, keine Parkplätze. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kaffee.

Leider befand sich oben am Dachgeschoss Schimmel. Haben dann auf der Couch geschlafen.
