Location location location! And the windows were great!

Sparce! The rooms are essentially empty with no art on bare walls. Also you get your steps in - literally.

The apartment was in a great location and very spacious. It's in more of a neighborhood than in the center of the touristy area, which was nice. The Santo Spirito Piazza was minutes away as were the bridges to cross to the other side of the river where the museums, duomo, and other famous attractions are. There were several markets nearby to get food, wine, etc to have at the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

The only slight negative about the property is being on the 5th floor and no elevator. It was a bit of a challenge to get our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. The person who met us at the property did help us. If you have mobility problems or going up and down stairs this property is not for you.

Great location, responsive hosts, great value. Close to everything but still quiet and comfortable.

Appartement très vaste, grande hauteur de plafond, bien situé, bien équipé.

C'était écrit dans la description et ça contribue au charme mais difficile de monter les 3 grands étages après une journée de visite dans Florence ou avec de lourdes valises. Les fenêtres de l''appartement donnent sur une petite rue peu passante mais pas d'insonorisation avec l'extérieur, les fenêtres ferment mal, on entend donc les gens passer s'ils parlent fort... et parfaitement les cloches de l'église proche. Pas de chauffage central, que des climatiseurs, peut être désagréable l'hiver, pas de problème au printemps.
