I do not recommend to stay there.

The only good thing is the location on the boarder of two counties. That’s all.

No parking place. The owner says to park on the opposite side of the street. There is only few places which are always occupied. It was dirty in the apartment and it looks like nobody cleaned it for a long time. There are lots of webs and spiders. There are lots of broken furniture which is impossible to use. When we stayed in that apartment there was no hot water which was a huge problem for two small kids when outside was 33+. We saw few neighbours from this house and these people were not friendly. As the owner mentioned they have some problems with the neighbours.

Very baf experience- Unsafe,Unclean and no safe parking

We stayed less than 8 hours because the bedroom was full of spiders and mosquitoes, and the bathroom smelled horrible and was dirty. We had to sleep on the sofa bed, not in the room. There was no parking available, even though it was expected. The internet didn’t work, and when I complained, the host was very aggressive and unhelpful. My wife has dust allergies, and the place was a serious health risk. They are falsely blaming us for making a mess – but I have all the proofs (videos/photos) showing the real condition. This property should not be listed on Booking.com, and I am requesting a full refund.

I don’t know why this place has a good rating

Only 2 good things are proximity to the airport and being able to close the windows with blackout blinds

The smell in the bathroom is horrible. Just smells like sewer. On the listing it says airco, coffee maker, dryer and washing machine are available but none are or not allowed to use / broken. Bed is very short if you’re 185+ it’s too short. Noisy street, it wasn’t clean at all. Dust and dead flies everywhere

Really great, comfortable and clean apartment in a new building at a very convenient location not far from Basel airport and the highway. All the facilities were brand new as well. The host communicated all the details very clear and well i time.

Beim erneuten Aufenthalt war die Wohnung stark verschmutzt (schmieriger Boden, Geruch nach nassem Hund, schmutzige Toile

Die Aufteilung und die Lage

Leider waren wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren vor etwa einem Jahr schon einmal hier, damals war die Wohnung sauber und in gutem Zustand – diesmal leider nicht. Die Unterkunft war stark verschmutzt: schmieriger Boden, unangenehmer Geruch nach nassem Hund, schmutzige Toilette mit Haaren, ungereinigte Küche (Müll, Flaschen, Herd), gebrauchte Taschentücher auf dem Wohnzimmertisch. Der Eigentümer glaubte uns zunächst nicht. Nach Zusendung der Beweise wurde unser Anliegen verharmlost („keine Panik machen“). Danach erfolgte nur eine sehr oberflächliche Reinigung, Krümel blieben z. B. im Schlafzimmer liegen. Wir konnten unsere Kinder zwei Tage lang nicht barfuß laufen lassen und mussten fast durchgehend Schuhe tragen. Sehr schade – vor allem im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt im letzten Jahr. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Alloggio moderno e confortevole

Ci siamo fermati qui piu volte nei nostri viaggi verso il nord Europa. Accesso comodo con box chiave a qualunque ora, pulizia, confort, modernità, centro commerciale a 5 minuti, cucina abbastanza accessoriata.

Pochi parcheggi per la strada e solo dall'altro lato. Spesso si lascia l'auto a 50m. Ci sarebbe molto posto davanti ma non è consentito. Sarebbe utile avere anche: tappetino doccia, asciughino cucina, un paio di capsule del caffè.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und es fehlt an nichts

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Salz, Zucker und Kaffee waren vorhanden, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Die Kommunikation zum Gastgeber war sehr gut und er war immer verfügbar.

Je me suis faite agressée par le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. En effet j'étais au volant, il m'a crié dessus pensant que j'étais une autre personne. Il ne me laissait pas parler. J'ai dû ausser la voix pour me faire entendre. Quand je lui ai fait comprendre qu'il se trompait de personne, il ne sait même pas excusé. Cela m'a extrêmement stressé sur la route et mise mal à l'aise une fois sur place. Son collègue italien etait plus sympa.

Pessima esperienza, state lontani!

La posizione è comoda, vicina all'aeroporto e a breve distanza da Basilea.

Ho scelto questa struttura in quanto tra le dotazioni indicate su Booking c'era l'aria condizionata: dovendo viaggiare a luglio con una persona cardiopatica, la presenza dell'aria condizionata era per me essenziale. Una volta arrivato sul posto, ho dovuto constatare che purtroppo la struttura NON è dotata di aria condizionata, ma di un sistema di raffreddamento a pavimento del tutto inefficiente: benché il sistema fosse impostato su 5° (temperatura polare!), l'appartamento aveva una temperatura costante di 29-30° (vedi foto) pressoché identica a quella esterna. Nonostante avessi contattato l'host 5 giorni prima del mio arrivo per chiedere istruzioni sull'accensione dell'aria condizionata, non sono stato avvisato della sua assenza. A seguito di un reclamo informale, l'host ha messo a disposizione un ventilatore, che ha leggermente migliorato la situazione ma ovviamente non era equivalente a quanto dichiarato nell'annuncio su Booking. Solo dopo un reclamo ufficiale, e a distanza di settimane, ho potuto ricevere da Booking un rimborso del 25%; l'host, dal canto suo, non ha mosso un dito per risolvere la controversia. La cosa che trovo più grave di questa brutta esperienza è che, a distanza di 20 giorni dal mio soggiorno, l'annuncio su Booking promuove ancora l'appartamento come dotato di aria condizionata. Spero che prima o poi qualcuno impedisca all'host di dichiarare il falso e di attirare nuova clientela in maniera fraudolenta come è successo con me.

Het had potentie om een fijn onderkomen te kunnen zijn van binnen maar er zat geen balans en liefde in het appartement.

Vooral de plek pal naast een drukke snelle weg. Met open raam leek het alsof je op de snelweg lag/leefde. Geen gezonde lucht. Bah bah. Geen vakantie plek en ook niet om een nacht te overnachten.

Op doorreis. Dicht bij de snelweg. Maar toch van de weg af. Was perfect. Gemakkelijke incheck . Goede instructies. Fijn sleutelsysteem. Tot laat mogelijk tot incheck. Bakkerij voor volgende ochtend zeer dichtbij. Even als diner bij aankomst!!! Goede donkere kamer.

Liever geparkeerd op eigen terrein. Maar stond nu ook prima. Hoorde snacht wel voldoende auto's.

Помешкання розташоване в новому будинку при головній вулиці. Запаркуватися можна було вздовж дороги (на протилежному боці від будинку) або неподалік, заїхавши трохи вниз за будинок. Нас зустрів господар — дуже приємний і комунікабельний чоловік. У помешканні було все необхідне: повністю укомплектована кухня, свіжа постільна білизна, великий телевізор, швидкий інтернет.

Abracadabra, e il parcheggio non c'è più

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto Basel-Mulhouse e la città di Basilea. Il letto e il divano letto sono comodi.

ATTENZIONE: l'annuncio parla di parcheggio privato, ma in realtà il parcheggio è pubblico lungo la strada. Non è stato facile trovare posto a breve distanza dall'appartamento. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata difficoltosa: a una domanda scritta ho ricevuto prima risposte in inglese non pertinenti (forse chatbot?), poi in russo (!), infine ho potuto parlare al telefono con una persona italiana, che chissà perché non si è manifestata prima. Il ritiro delle chiavi tramite due key box non è agevole: in particolare, ho fatto fatica a trovare la key box con la seconda chiave. In bagno c'è uno sgradevole odore di fogna.
