perfect location for a short stay (or longer stay)

the translated messages contained errors in the parking spot number and safe code number. The original French message did mention the right numbers.

No safety and no comfort, a dangerous place.

NOTHING, it’s A HAZARD, PERICOLANTE, DANGEROUS. For me the property should be taken off the BOOKING. COM system, until it improves the quality of the house. Seems like the owner has collected from the rubbish site pieces of furniture and mattresses and put them in there. The beds were impossible to sleep on, with two pieces one on top of the other and slipping down with us. The kitchen tops and the sink taps were dangerously damaged and moving, with a bucket underneath.

For me the property should be taken off the BOOKING. COM system, until it improves the quality of the house. On the balcony there was a WASP’S NEST at the door and they were everywhere around. No care for the comfort and SAFETY.

This place was a perfect one night stop before to enter in Switzerland for our ski holidays

Was a bit of an « escape room » challenge to understand where was the safe-box with the keys but no big deal :)

The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and public transport. It is a great size and good access on the ground floor.

The apartment could do with some maintenance and TLC. There needs to be a resupply of crockery to accommodate the number of people that the apartment can accommodate. Beds very uncomfortable and unit appears dirty because of lack of maintenance.

The bed was extremely soft in the main bedroom. It made it hard for two people to have a great night sleep. The place could have been a bit cleaner.

Spacious and terrace overlooking the garden. Quiet, good wifi signal. Close to Aldi. Free parking.

Was asked to take bedsheets off after the stay and the bathroom needs a good scrub using anti mould detergent, especially around the bathtub.

spotless despite being a fairly old flat. basic but contains everything you need for a simple stay

Cool and spacious apartment!

The stay was nice, apartment was spacious and well ventilated. The owner was kind enough to provide us with fans in this unexpected heat wave. The apartment is automated and located at a good place. Aldi supermarkt is only 5 min walk away which makes your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities which was great and comfortable to use. They even have dishwasher and deep freezer which is nice as it makes your trip better.

The distance from station or bus/tram stop is a bit far, which makes it harder to use public transport frequently. St Louis de Gare station is around 1.2 km away which is a 20-25 min walk and it's hard to cover especially if you have kids with you and you want to travel to and fro.

Es éconómico. Barrio bueno y muy tranquilo. Muy amplio. Muy limpio. Estuvimos solo unas horas entre vuelos. Cumplió su cometido que era descansar.

Non ci tornerei

Sicuramente il prezzo pagato è basso rispetto ad altre proposte nella zona, la posizione non è centrale ma per i miei fabbisogni non è un problema. Buona per alcune ore in attesa di un volo.

Nelle stanze da letto gli armadi sono fatiscenti, la cucina ha un nuovo piano induzione ma tutto il resto è vecchio, i pensili e i cassetti sono per lo più rotti, i letti hanno dei materassi scomodi, sono super usati è impossibile dormirci.

L'alloggio non è male e abbastanza spazioso, però vanno migliorati alcuni aspetti.

Alloggio al piano terra con parcheggio riservato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. Lavatrice. WiFi.

Poca cura dei particolari: sportelli della cucina fissati con viti o che si chiudevano male , serranda del bagno bloccata, lampadari con lampadine bruciate. Pochissime pentole disponibili. Pulizia del bagno da migliorare.

Logement spacieux, bonne situation, parking

L'hygiène, la robinetterie de l'évier, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, 3 bols uniquement. Une petite casserole, une poêle avec manche cassé : pas adapté pour la capacité du logement. Literie pas confortable. Le ménage est superficiel, l'appartement aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement surtout la cuisine : placards cassés. Pour le canapé lit : il s'agit d'un matelas à rajouter sur ce canapé : pas très confortable. Le délais de réponse du propriétaire.

Vacaciones en familia

Le falta limpieza a la cocina sobre todo. El horno no funciona. El lavavajillas funciona pero lava mal. El colchón de la habitación está totalmente hundido, imposible dormir!. Fue complicado recoger las llaves porque nos pasaron mal el código y al llamar al anfitrión no respondió. No nos dieron toallas pequeñas para el lavabo.

Je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi sale et délabré, les meubles de la cuisine sont cassés, la vaisselle dans les meubles est sale, poêlon tout gras, toile d'araignée partout, la baignoire, l'évier et les robinetteries sont immondes, fauteuil dans le salon tout cassé et pas envie de s'asseoir dessus tellement il fait sale, des gros insectes morts, style cafard...
