Horrible, dangerous and fire hazzard

This booking was a disaster, it had no toilet paper and the door malfunctioned when I went to leave to go to airport. i had to climb out of the window to exit. it was dangerous.

The door did not work, it relied on an app to open and closed. and locked from the inside. it is a fire hazzard.

The position is perfect. 2 minutes from the train station.

Opening and closing the doors by a link that didn't work. We were both blocked locked out, being able to enter only by intercom to other building residents, and inside the apartment.

Jose is very kind and he responded to our requests quickly. He was also very flexible with our check out time. practical location, close to transport and airport.

lack of proper cleaning! we left the house window open in the afternoon and at night I had to kill 3 cockroaches. I imagine they have came from the outside. but, that was enough for us to not sleep the night long …

Very stressful and disappointing and incorrectly described on Booking.com.

Inadequate location instructions, incorrect instructions for outer door and unit door, not adequately cleaned, no parking, no wifi, overpriced, shower broken, impossible to contact owner - phone number inoperative. He phoned me but only spoke Spanish. Stay away from this property. Incorrectly described on Booking.com.

Good

I liked the host, he is very friendly and polite. I liked the location, the location was perfect going into Switzerland and getting to the airport was very quick. I also liked the privacy, it was quiet and the neighbourhood was very calm. The train station and bus stop were only a minute away. Even though I had a car ,I think its perfect for anyone even without a car.

The key lock system, which is electronic is really not handy . Its dependent on mobile data b and you should have your phone fully charged all day , I used my Phone for GPS and my battery was at 1% when I got to the door. I managed to get in, but realised I had left my charger in the car. I had a 3months old baby. I was at my desperate moment. I had to jam the door with a broom, run to my car with my baby in the cold for 4 minutes , run back hoping no body removed the broom thankfully no one did. Then a few times the door would not open easily.
