A convenient stay with excellent facilities and a superb host.

The property is conveniently located close to Saint-Louis station, making it easy to get to Basel town and the airport, and the host was superb and friendly; being on a higher floor with a lift and having great facilities made the stay very comfortable.

Nothing in particular, though it’s worth noting that the bathroom is located inside a bedroom without a door. It worked for the 4 of us, but it may be an issue for those who prefer more privacy

Convenient location and responsive host

The location was ideal for us. We had a two night layover before flying home, and the flat is minutes from the airport with public transport. It had everything you need for cooking meals. The movie projector was a bonus. We did struggle with it at first but Raphael was very responsive and came to fix the issue soon after I flagged it up. Bonus point for the great bakery downstairs where we’ve enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

Lovely and Homey Stay

Great location. Very responsive host, who accommodated my tight schedule with check-in. Clean and tidy apartment. Bed was comfortable and the house was warm and cozy!

Great apartment with everything you need

Fantastic property besides lots of trains, trams and buses. Also a short bus ride for on the airport. Apartment was very clean and well equipped for all our needs. There were even coffee beans there for the machine.

The property is right next to the big church. The bell goes off every hour and between the hours of 7am and midnight also chimes every 15 minutes. As a light sleeper it was a nightmare.

A great place to stay

Air con in apartment. Good shower and a lovely balcony with great views. It had everything we needed ie. Bedding, towels, coffee, salt, shower gel, toilet paper, kitchen foil, dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid. It's in a great position, just 5 minutes or so to both the train and bus stops. It was really easy to get to Colmar, Basel, Malhouse and Strasburg by public transport. Good communication from Rafael (host). It was in a quiet area and felt safe.

Nothing really, except for some people there is no door on the shower room.

Very nice apartment

The location 3 minutes walking to the train station is very convenient and it’s only 15 min away from Basel airport. The apartment was super clean and the communication with the host very easy, and he was super nice managing an earlier checkin for us. The kitchen facilities helped us a lot since we travelled with a small kid. Comfy beds, nice view…everything was amazing and we totally recommend it!

Good price/quality ratio

The personnel were very friendly and attentive and gave us clear instructions. The apartment was very clean and good equipped.

The surrounding area seemed a bit unsafe at night.

It had everything you could need for either a short or long stay. Very clean and owner was prompt to answer our queries.

The lift didn’t work in the morning and we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs with our luggage!

Everything was perfect. Very near to Basel Airport. Clean, cosy. Anything you need in a house you have there. Apartment was very clean. We parked our car freely. Thank you Raphael for everything.

Overnachting in Saint-Louis, vlakbij Bazel

Volledig ingerichte keuken. Gratis parking. Wij waren er de week voor Kerstmis en er stond een versierde kerstboom in de living. Rolluiken. Er is vlakbij een bakker.

De klok van de kerk die al om 5u luidt. We sliepen wel met het raam open, misschien waren we niet wakker geworden met het raam dicht.

Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen und nach Basel

Wir haben eine Nacht vor unserem Abflug in den Urlaub hier verbracht und dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Unser Gastgeber Raphael war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf Fragen direkt geantwortet.

Heel fijn. Vooral omdat we veilig en mooi konden fietsen naar Bazel.

Geweldig nette en comfortabele accommodatie. Duidelijke check in instructies. Heerlijke fietstocht naar Bazel. Mooie uitzichten. Goede traveltips op het prikbord. Gewoon uitstekend.

Prima accommodatie voor een nachtje

We waren hier op doorreis, dus het is lastig om een goed oordeel te vellen. Maar voor 1 nacht is het een prima locatie, we hebben daar prima geslapen.

Niet veel, maar de buurt en de flats erom heen werd een beetje als verpauperd ervaren. De directe omgeving rondom de flat is in ieder geval niet heel mooi.
