Perfect apartment for just 1 night

The host was kind and arranged a key delivery at the airport since our flight was late in the evening. The location is very convenient for people who are going to arrive late to Basel and then are heading to Alsace the next morning. The apartment is huge for a couple!

There are two large beds, both are very uncomfortable and noisy, same with "pillows". My boyfriend is allergic to dust and started to sneeze as son as we got in.

Good budget place to stay for a night but bad bedding!

Location, close to the train station and airport, shops nearby, lovely view of the park, quiet and roomy. Pretty clean, everything was working.

The bedding is unacceptable and should definitely get upgraded, hence my lower note as the bed is the most important part of our stay. Small decorative pillows only and comforters with no sheet so unsure if they get washed in between guests. A single bed comforter for a double bed.

Close to the airport. We travelled by car. Plenty of places to park around the building

The bathroom and toilet should have been renovated a long time ago. Apartment door lock was broken. Looks like the owner didn't invest any amount of money into renovating the apartment. Luckily, we stayed only one night. Arranged a check in time that was agreed in advance by the owner and was not outside the check in time stated on Booking. We waited outside the building for more than 30 mins because noone was answering the phone. When someone finally answered the phone, we met with the owner and, I assume, an associate in the apartment and they were still cleaning. Area looks a bit sketchy, especially at night. Would not recommend.

Bed sheet and pillow covers weren’t washed and smelt very bad. Very dirty on the floor as I show on the photo.

Demande particulière : - Horaire avancé pour éviter la conduite de nuit (avant 17 heures en hiver) - Etat de santé de mon époux de 77 ans très malade Stationnement : proche gare/centre ville et accès En ZONE BLEUE limitée à 2 heures (non précisé dans l’annonce) Uniquement donc pour les personnes à pied qui arrivent à St Louis par train ou qui ont la carte PMR En revanche ascenseur pour les étages pairs donc non PMR au 3ème Accueil : Arrivée à 16 h mais, ne voulant pas « abuser », ne téléphonons qu’à 16 h 30 pour prévenir de notre arrivée : « j’arrive dans 10 minutes », en fait à 17 heures. Monsieur nous avait prévenu d’un rendez-vous médical mais nous avait précisé que son co-animateur serait là. Monsieur reproche ce « cadeau » de 2 heures à l’arrivée mais partant à 8 heures le matin au lieu de 14 h, je pense être quitte ! Créneau de ménage entre 17 à 18 h : Si la précision était notée nous n’aurions jamais demandé d’arriver avant pour éviter tous conflits Propreté et sécurité : bof… photos jointes ! mais si fan de réparation fil et prises électriques par ruban adhésif, ce lieu est bien fait pour vous « Confort » : Les oreillers sont des coussins (hygiène ?) Une couette pour deux personnes trop petite, sans rebord, interdit de bouger la nuit ! Insonorisation de l’appartement : Vis-à-vis des voisins OK mais pas par rapport à l’église en face où les cloches sonnent jour et…nuit ! (évite de prendre une montre) Cerise sur le gâteau : Monsieur a enlevé les capsules de café car contrarié qu’on lui dise ses 4 vérités. C’est vraiment le reflet de l’accueil et de la qualité de cette location. Depuis que j’utilise Booking pour toutes mes réservations, je n’ai jamais été déçue, au contraire. C’est la première fois que j’ai un différend avec un propriétaire ignoble qui m’ a demandé d’arrêter mon « théâtre », alors monsieur maintenant j’en suis à l’écriture avec photos à l’appui...!

Esperienza positiva e soddisfacente

La casa era molto accogliente e pulita, un salone grande con un bel televisore, camere spaziose e cucina fornita di tutti il necessario, si trovava all'interno di un condominio tranquillo, il parcheggio sotto casa dalle 18:00 alle 8:00 del mattino successivo gratuito, e si trovava in una posizione strategica sia per i mezzi sia per i servizi, dalla farmacia, alla pasticceria.

Mancata comunicazione dell'host prima del nostro arrivo, ma al momento del check in era presente ed è stato gentile, nota negativa erano i cuscini per i letti, perché erano quelli decorativi e non i classici da letto, mancavano le lenzuola, sostituite dal copripiumino. Per gusto personale non ho amato gli asciugamani del bagno in quanto non erano i classici bianchi, ma erano puliti.

È veramente economica, anche se la zona non appare molto bella e sembra periferica in realtà è vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse/necessità di viaggio e comunque tranquilla e sicura. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono

Non molto pulita e un po’ da rinnovare. Nei letti mancano dei classici cuscini morbidi per dormire e delle federe estraibili in cotone. Il check-in era previsto dalle 17.30 ma l’host ci ha comunicato che sarebbe andato a pulire la casa proprio a quell’ora e quindi fino alle 19 non è stato possibile accedere. Abbiamo dimenticato un indumento e chiesto se gentilmente poteva spedircelo (nella stessa nazione in cui l’host vive tra l’altro) ma la comunicazione è cessata senza risposta da parte sua.

Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było w apartamencie. Mieszkanie czyste i duże.

Poduszki. przydałyby się zwykłe poduszki z poszewkami (które można wyprać) do spania a nie tylko takie dekoracyjne. Oraz był problem z dostaniem się do mieszkania bo nie wiedzieliśmy jak się dostać. Wiadomość z instrukcjami nawet 30 min przed zameldowaniem byłaby pomocna

Piaciuto l'appartamento in generale: semplice ma funzionale. Il parcheggio era vicino e c'era anche una pasticceria super comoda!

Apartament spațios, caldura, apa calda. Paturile confotabile. Bucataria destul de utilata.

Recomand sa fie self checkin. Pe booking scria ca checkinul este intre 17,30 si 18,30. La 18,30 il sunam pe proprietar si nu raspundea la telefon. Intr-un final a raspuns si am reusit sa ne cazam. Am vrut sa ne cazam si mai devreme, dar nu s-a putut, ca nu terminase curatenia. Desi, apartamentul nu a fost super curat, dar pentru doua nopti a fost ok. Foarte greoaie discutia cu proprietarul, de aceea ar trebui sa instaleze o casuta pentru chei si sa faci self checkin.

El piso es amplio y cómodo. Se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de tren que conecta con Basilea en poco tiempo. La zona de alrededores no tiene nada especial.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza, dejaron solo 1 cápsula de café de cortesia, eramos 2 adultos. No había papel de cocina.

Check in trop tardif. Le propriétaire vous attend couché sur le canapé et c'est très embarrassant. Vient avec une personne pour faire le "ménage" jusqu'à ce que arriviez, du moins en théorie car tout est sale dans l'appartement. La douche est sale, les lits sentent mauvais, notre bébé de 2 ans a marché une minute par terre, elle avait les pieds noirs, donc on se demande comment le ménage a pu être fait... Très embarrassant. Pour le lit 2 personnes, il y a une couette 1 personne, donc on fait comment on tire au sort ? Les coussins sont des coussins de canapés avec des cheveux déjà dessus. Bref passez votre chemin, l'appartement est spacieux mais trop sale.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime kamers, voldoende stopcontacten. Gebruik van wasmachine. Parkeren op straat tussen 8.00 en 18.00 met schijf voor 2 uur. Na 18.00 uur en op zondag vrij parkeren.

Appartement geeft geen vakantie gevoel. We konden pas om 18.00 uur inchecken, schoonmakers waren toen nog niet klaar, maar hebben ook slecht schoongemaakt. Stoffig, niet goed schoon, plakkerige meubels. Kapotte stopcontacten met tape vastgeplakt, waterkoker ging niet vanzelf uit, magnetron functie kregen we niet aan. Goedkope afgeleefde meubels, kastjes met hangsloten erop. Het rook muf en onfris, er stonden verschillende luchtverfrissers om de geur te verdrijven. Te kleine toiletruimte doordat de deur naar binnen open ging. Het leek niet op een vakantiehuis, maar alsof je te gast was in een goedkope afgeleefde woning van iemand anders.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wohnbereich mit großer Schiebetür zum Balkon ist sehr schön. Als würde man draußen sitzen. Es ist an Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man benötigt, auch Handtücher, Salz und Zucker. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Basel und eignet sich daher prima für einen Ausflug in die Schweiz (wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs). Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Der Check-out ist bis 14 Ihr möglich, man kann ausschlafen, das gefällt uns sehr. Preis und Leistung stimmen, wir würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen, auch für mehr als eine Übernachtung.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Hochhaus. Trotz der Hochhäuser erschien uns die Gegend aber als seriöses Wohngebiet.

Localização em relação à estação

1. A casa não estava limpa quando chegamos Apesar do check in ser a partir das 17h30. Chegamos lá e o host ainda esteve a limpar tudo 2. No check out fez-nos pressão para sair, sem haver comunicação sobre quando iríamos sair. Disse aos seguintes hóspedes que sairíamos 12:30, antes mesmo de falar convosco. Após várias tentativas de comunicação para com o host, obtivemos a resposta de que os próximos guests já tinham chave para entrar.

Buon punto appoggio.

Gentilissimo il proprietario ci ha aspettato per le chiavi nonostante un ritardo del treno. L'appartamento è molto grande con 2 camere più salone. La stazione è praticamente a 100 mt di distaznza. Sotto casa c'è un'ottima pasticceria bar per fare colazione. Come appoggio va benissimo.

Dal lavello del bagno l'acqua non scendeva bene. Lo sportello della doccia rumoroso. Su uno dei letti non c'era il lenzuolo di sotto quindi abbiamo dormito sul materasso.

La ropa de cama y las toallas estaban en muy mal estado, no pudimos hacer uso del sofá cama porque no había ni sábanas ni edredón. Había cojines como almohadas que no tenían aspecto de lavarse. No volvería.

In Bezug auf das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war alles prima.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze standen direkt beim Gebäude zur Verfügung, und erfreulicherweise stand ein Bäckereishop vor dem Haus.

Die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmertüren klemmten sehr geräuschvoll beim Öffnen und auch die Dusche und Sanitärbereich entsprachen nicht mehr ganz den modernsten Vorstellungen.
