Nice apartment for a short stay

The location is good and the self check-in process was easy and convenient. The apartment has a small kitchen and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The soundproofing could be better, and the bathroom is quite small. It would also be nice to have hand towels provided.

Simple and good

I really liked the location of the apartment. Around are good restaurants and it was so easy to reach Basel. There is a bus stop right next to the road, and the rooms are still in a quiet location. Also good communication with the host!

The neck on the tea jar is too narrow.

Self check in was well described, great location close to the border

Only 1 fork, could have been cleaner: found several clumps of hair on the floor in the bathroom. Could not modify the temperature of the heating for the apatment / dit not get a reply to this question. But overall ok.

Great location near Basel and clean apartment, a bit noisy in the evening

It is a walking distance from Basel and has several public transport (buses and tram) stops nearby. It is close to Saint Louis train station and easy access to Euroairport. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean.

It is right on a busy street and there was a lot of noise even during the night and also from the clock tower nearby. It would have been nice if there were hand towels.

Manageable stay; needs better cleaning, HOT WATER, comfort, and communication.

The room amenities were so so, and the accommodation has a normal location with restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby.

The room cleanliness felt a bit formal, and we believe a more thorough cleaning should be done after each guest. Water accumulates in the bathroom after showering, and sometimes there was no hot water available. The bed was uncomfortable for two people, and noises could be heard from the neighboring room. We were asked to take the garbage from our room to the trash can, which is unusual for guests. A very important issue is that it is dangerous to drink tap water here, and we were not informed about it—this creates a serious inconvenience.

Budget friendky short term city holiday in the french.

It has its own private garage. house is taking good amount of sun and windowed a lot so you can observce around. Covered with good restaurants and food markets. It is clean and good, recommended fo budget friendly booking.

Bed is not so comfy it is extra soft, it was in the area where in the middle of the night a lot of noise is coming and loud. Hard to sleep.

Easy to get into Basel via tram. Good basic facilities.

Host did not respond to my questions and requests while repeatedly sending me (what I assume are automated) messages saying "Please do let me know if you need anything or have any questions". VERY frustrating. Walls are INCREDIBLY thin; you can hear everything that's going on next dor (and I mean everything). No tea towel so had to use bath towel for washing up. Could have done with a sharp knife for chopping food (why do apartments rarely supply these?).

Overall, the place is very nice, but the host is not very attentive.

The host is not responsive at all — don’t expect timely replies. Check-in is very late and check-out is early, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a one-night stay.

Easy access to Basel!

La Mascotte is in a great location! Just over the French border from Basel. My apartment was clean and quiet. It has everything you need to self cater. Instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed my stay! Gare St Louis is a good 15 min walk if you want access Strasbourg.

The pillows were a little soft for me!

A really nice and good stay

Great location-close to Basel and also to the train station, amazing restaurant near the building-it’s worth to give it a try, there is also a supermarket not so far from the location. The place is really nice, great facilities, it was really all we could ask for.

The walls are pretty thin and we woke up in the middle of the night because of the noisy neighbours.

Convenient apartment close to basel

It was well communicated with the airport and Basel by bus and tram

The exterior of the building was under construction/renovation. It was hard to find the door as the front was covered with scaffolds. The unit has a balcony but again was occupied with materials for the renovation. Which is totally fine but it would have been nice to mention it in advance. Also the apartment did not have hair dryer. Everything else was fine

Leider unhygienisch inkl. Bettwanzenbefall!

Nah an Basel, privater Parkplatz

Leider wurde das Badezimmer nicht geputzt. Am Waschbecken und an der Toilette waren überall kleine Haare. Auf der Toilettenbrille waren Flecken (Urin/Blut!?). Das Problem haben wir problemlos mit desinfektionstüchern erledigt, fanden es dennoch eklig. Bevor wir schlafen wollten, lief aufeinmal ein kleiner Käfer über unsere Spielkarten. Als wir das Bettlaken zurückgezogen haben, waren da zwei weitere kleine gelbe Käfer. Kurzerhand haben wir beschlossen mitten in der Nacht auszuchecken, weil es offensichtlich ein Bettwanzenbefall (Larven!?) war. Während der Klärung mit dem Besitzer kam ein Rückerstattungsangebot von 1€ mit dem Argument, dieser würde auf die Fotos und Videos von uns warten. Diesen habe ich angenommen, mit dem Gedanken, dass ich mein Geld noch komplett zurück bekomme. Dem war nicht so! Wir wurden mit diesem Angebot reingelegt. Booking hat uns daraufhin eine 25€ Gutschrift gegeben. Die positiven Bewertungen sind für uns fraglich. Die vorherigen 1 Stern Bewertungen stimmen! Also Finger weg!

Păi a trebuit să eliberăm pe la 10:00, dar pe booking era ora 11:00 în plus, check-in ul a fost făcut după ora 16:00.

La ubicación.

El apartamento pésimo, lleno de bichos (tengo videos) no hablemos de la cama y almohadas. Una toalla por persona para 6 días, para ducharse, pelo y manos. Por parte del anfitrión pésimo, nos quisieron entrar con la llave mientras estábamos durmiendo...y podría seguir pero no me cogería aquí todo...

Breve estancia sin más

La ubicación estaba bien, cerca del aeropuerto de Basile y de una parada del tram para, en menos de 15 minutos, estar en el centro de Basilea. Estaba bastante limpio. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Aunque estaba limpio el baño olía a tabaco siempre, aunque estaba prohibido fumar en el edificio y lo ponía en diferentes carteles. El fregadero tardaba mucho en tragar agua. Nos dejaros solo dos toallas mediana (ósea un poco más grande que las de manos y mucho mas pequeña que las de ducha) y solo teníamos una de esas cada uno para todo. En el edificio también ponía carteles de guardar silencio a partir de las 22 y respectar a los vecinos pero una noche, a las 23:30, tuvimos que tocarle a la pared a los de al lado para que bajasen el volumen ya que se escuchaba todo. Pero lo que menos nos gustó fue el trato con el propietario que fue realmente inesistente a pesar de que cuando llegamos me mandaron un mensaje automático diciendo que iban a estar disponible para cualquier duda o problema… al día de hoy sigo esperando una respuesta. Ya que por motivos personales tuvimos que dejar el apartamento un día antes y escribí un mensaje para saber dónde había que dejar las llaves y si teníamos que saber algo sobre el check-out…me contestaron con un mensaje automático al dia siguiente cuando ya estábamos fuera del país con instrucciones muy claras que no pude seguir ya que no había recibido ese mensaje antes de irme.

Bien situado a buen precio

Está cerca de la frontera para visitar Suiza a precio Europeo. La comodidad de un apartamento donde desayunar o cenar. Cerca había restaurantes y supermercados. Hay parking gratuito en el alojamiento. Check in y check out muy cómodo (Códigos de acceso y buzón para dejar las llaves.

La ducha no tragaba y si no cortabas el agua y esperabas unos minutos se salía el agua del plato se la ducha al baño. No funcionaba el toallero / radiador del baño. La cafetera tenía el depósito sucio y lleno de cal, no pudimos utilizarla. Olía un poco a humedad. El colchón muy blando y las almohadas muy justas. Deberían de poner alguna toalla más, había dos sólo para la ducha. No había para lavabo o para el pelo de las mujeres. Si un día te secas el pelo con esa toalla, al día siguiente sigue empapada para secarte de nuevo pelo y cuerpo. Podían poner un dispensador de jabón en la pared para la ducha, esto a modo sugerencia.

Konumu güzel. Bir odada bulabileceğiniz her şey var. Kahve makinesi, fırın vs. Park olanağı çok iyi. Tesis sahibi iyi iletişim kurdu.

Tesis sahibi odadaki çöp kutusunu bizim boşaltmamızı söyledi. Daha önce böyle bir uygulamaya rastlamadım. Yalıtım kötüydü. Cadde tarafına bakmayan odalar tercih edilebilir.

Studio is veel te warm om te overnachten , geen airco , wel ventilator, maar slapen bijna onmogelijk.Ook matras helpt daar niet aan mee. Bij langer verblijf maar 1 handdoek is te weinig.

Ferienwohnung nahe Basel. Mit dem Rad in 10min in der Innenstadt. Unkomplizierter Check in. Backofen in der Küche.

Sehr laut (Hauptstraße vor der Tür). Sehr stickig. Kein Durchzug möglich. Mit offenen Fenstern dann wieder sehr laut. Küche nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet.

La ducha estaba mal diseñada y cada vez que la usábamos no le daba tiempo a desaguar y se encharcaba todo el baño(podían dejar una fregona para secar el suelo cuando pase eso por lo menos), no tenía aire acondicionado y dormimos con un calor horrible.
