Worth its price and location was great

Good location in a comfortable 2nd floor apartment accessed by stairs.

The size and comfort of the property was great. It is a short walk to the tram stop and there are good cafes and grocery stores in the area.

List states a washing machine was available. When I messaged the host they said it is usually only available for stays of 7+ days yet the listing doesn't mention this. The host did allow us to use the washing machine. The listing also states a convenience store is onsite - this is incorrect also. When tenants turn on the stair light it shines brightly into the apartment.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Facile pour se garer. Tram à proximité. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Lit très confortable. Propriétaires réactifs et accueillants (cadeau d'accueil et autres petites choses qui facilitent le séjour).

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt, insbesondere auch für einen Besuch der Stadt Basel.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Reihenhauses. Sie ist genügend geräumig, sehr schon aufgeteilt und prima ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig aber dennoch in schöner Lage. Die Küche ist komplett, sogar mit Spülmaschine. TV, Fön, Bettwäsche…egal was - es ist vorhanden. Dazu ist die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top. Fußläufig in die Innenstadt ist kein Problem. Die Straßenbahn nach Basel fährt um die Ecke. Gastronomie und Supermarkt in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp: In der „Alten Straße“ über einen Fußweg in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, kann man kostenfrei parken und das in der Nähe zu einer Polizeistation. Und: für einen Trip sollte man das Triregio mini am Haltestellenautomat (Zahlen mit Karte) buchen. Derzeit 10,70 Euro. Das Ticket gilt 24 Stunden.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ruhig, zentral, und gut zu allen Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel .

Es war ohne Frühstück. wir haben uns selbst versorgt. Alle nötigen Geschäfte waren In der nähe. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut alles nötige war in der Küche. Zusätzlich waren Dinge vorhanden die wir benutzen durften. Das war sehr großzügig und hilfreich.vielen Dank

Wir möchten nicht falsch verstanden werden, und auch nicht meckern .Wenn zwei kleine Lampen (Steh oder Tischlampen vorhanden wären währe super. Die Deckenbeleuchtung ist ziemlich hell und Abends ungemütlich. Auch mehr Licht über der Arbeitsplatte währe eine Verbesserung.

Une bonne base pour visiter Bâle sans se ruiner.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier de Weil am Rhein situé entre Train et Autoroute d'un côté, Rhin de l'autre et port fluvial de Bâle juste au Sud. Comme c'est le mieux desservi grâce au Tram 8, il est aussi très vivant. L'appartement se trouve au deuxième et dernier étage d'une petite maison mitoyenne où le propriétaire est au Rez de Chaussé. Nous avons apprécié : - Le Tram n°8 à 3 minutes de l'appartement qui est fréquent (tous les quarts d'heure en semaine, toutes les 20 minutes le dimanche) et qui amène en 20 - 25 minutes directement dans le centre de Bâle. Nous n'avons pas hésité à revenir en journée. Attention à prendre ses papiers d'identité car la police allemande fait des contrôles à la frontière. La carte de transport journalière illimitée (tri-regio mini) est à 10,70 € facilement achetable à la machine de l'arrêt (paiement par carte uniquement). - La proximité des commerces (5 minutes à pied), en particulier de la boulangerie (bakerei), qui nous a permis de faire les courses pour nos petit déjeuners et diners. Nous avons aussi pris des pots dans le quartier et avons été en France au restaurant, 30 minutes à pied. - L'appartement bien pensé et d'un propreté impeccable. Il a l'équipement nécessaire pour un court séjour. - Nous craignions le bruit et la chaleur, vu que nous y étions en période de canicule (37°C). Nous avons été agréablement surpris. En prenant les précautions nécessaires (fermeture en journée, etc.) et en activant les deux ventilateurs disponibles l'appartement s'est révélé correcte, preuve d'une bonne isolation. Nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte le bruit de l'autoroute proche étant correctement contenu par le mur anti-bruit. - La réactivité et la serviabilité du propriétaire au travers des contacts électroniques. L'appartement est une bonne base de départ pour visiter Bâle sans se ruiner.

A noter des avis divergents dans le couple sur la sonnerie des cloches de l'église voisine à 6h30 du matin.
