easy instructions and easy to get the keys. One suggestion is to use different lock codes for different rooms. we hae mistakenly opened the other room and assumed it was our room until the next family knocked our door and then I saw the youtube video and shifted my luggage. Its actually a misunderstanding from my side but the key lock opened with code and I assumed it was correct room.
The property is really well maintained, value for money. My family liked the property and we will definitely recommend it for any other family wh visits Basil and surrounded area.

Das Apartment war klein, aber sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Der Self-Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert , alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Kommunikation war jederzeit sehr einfach, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen💐
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Shampoo und Duschgel haben wir im Badezimmer vermisst.

L’emplacement est assez bien et les équipements de manière générale.
Les fourmis, le manque de simplicité pour accéder aux chaînes basiques de la tv. De mon point de vue, l’équipement serait complet avec l’ajout d’un gant de protection (four), un grille pain, un fer à repasser et éventuellement une machine à laver le linge.

The location is good
The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, the kitchen facilities were very poor (there was no pot or kettle), and the blankets and cover sheets did not seem clean. When I asked about the Wi-Fi issue and the missing pot, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any help.
