If you only need a place to sleep, aren’t sensitive about the cover sheets, and bring your own, the location is good.
The location is good
The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, the kitchen facilities were very poor (there was no pot or kettle), and the blankets and cover sheets did not seem clean. When I asked about the Wi-Fi issue and the missing pot, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any help.

the only advantage is the location close to Switzerland and Germany, peace and quiet, parking
Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. The apartment was very dirty, there were a lot of ants crawling on the floor, the toilet seat wasn't securely fastened; my little son almost fell off it! The bed was broken, the bedding was stained and covered in hair, the mirror and shower stall in the bathroom were also unwashed. The internet didn't work, the dishwashing sponge was old and smelled very bad the vacuum cleaner was so dirty it couldn't be vacuumed. I had to clean the inlet myself to remove the dirt. There are no windows to open; it's more of an extension to the apartment than an apartment. My choice of apartment was based on other people's reviews, but after what we saw, those reviews are probably untrue! Contact with the hosts was also difficult. The number listed in the regulations didn't work. The regulations also included a long list of things to check in the apartment. Unfortunately, half of these things aren't there. It's worth checking. After informing the owner about all the inconveniences via booking.com and sending photos, there was no response or reference to this matter, hence my opinion.

Comfortabel bedden
Bij beschrijving stond dat er waterkoker aanwezig was. Wij hadden erop gerekend maar er was geen waterkoker. Overal vol met stof. Voor iemand die zijn huis goed onderhoud, was dit appartement veel te stoffig. Bijna geen keukenpapier Weinig suiker voor 5 voorradig koffie capsules + suikerpot vuil.
