Clear instructions, great location.

We received very clear instructions from the host how to enter the appartment. The appartment was very clean and amazing value for price!

Limited parking spaces. We had the last spot in front of the building, which is free from somewhere in the evening until 8 in the morning. The other parking spaces are behind the building, but they seem to be shared over the buildings and quite full.

Apartment has very good area, a pleasant balcony, modern bathroom, had all needed for kitchen, laundry, etc, it was also very clean

Bed mattress was way too soft (same with couch cushion), it was painful for my back the day after….. but this is very particular point, each person has it own preference. I still advise for sure the apartment

Short stay

Perfect location close to the station. Big appartment and very convenient for a short stay. The host sends you the instructions with pictures to get to the appartment, that's realy useful. I totally recommend it.

If I could make a suggestion to the host it would be to indicate in the pdf provided to find the location to indicate that google maps actually sends you to the part behind the appartment. I arrived at 23:45 and I recognised the front door of the building by chance because google maps sends you to other side

Good value, good location

Easy to find , spacious bedroom, coffee machine that included pods (often in other apartments these seem to be missing). Location was quiet and excellent for rejoining motorway in Basel.

Parking - we had the last parking space outside the apartment block , if that had been taken I'm not sure where we would have parked .

Proximity Location and No fuss

Monsieur Than was communicative throughout and met us outside to provide the keys and necessary information. His property is such a short walk from la gare (St Louis). If you walk directly in front of the small roundabout at the front of the train station to the next larger roundabout, turn left and apartment block 102 is there. In one day we got the bus outside (7€ for 2 people all day on and off the bus) and went to the central area, as well as la petite canal. The apartment is really clean, has 2 large bedrooms with shutters and curtains. The toilet and bathroom are separate, the kitchen/living is small but perfect for us and has the balcony leading off it. Thanks for the bottle water!

All of the St Louis area is busy with traffic; that’s inescapable if you want to be close to the train station and amenities. The back bedroom at the apartment is much quieter!

Nette Wohnung aber Vorsicht bei den Öffis

An sich eine gute Unterkunft die zentral zum Bahnhof gelegen war. Alles wie beschrieben und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und für den Zweck vor dem Flug zu übernachten gut.

Es sind zwei Wohnungen und in der zweiten waren sehr lauter Menschen und man hört gefühlt alles. Das Zimmer zur Straße war auch sehr laut, da dort die Hauptstraße von Saint Louis liegt. Zu beachten ist außerdem, dass exakt am Samstag der Bus erst um 6:20 zum Flughafen fährt und somit die Lage für uns persönlich nicht gut war.

Una notte…ma non più di una!

La posizione comoda.

Forte e Cattivo odore in una delle camere, presenza di resti di vario genere nell’appartamento ( ciabatte usate, mozziconi di sigarette nel balcone ) pochi utensili in cucina , solo due tazze per la colazione pure spaiate, sportelli della cucina appiccicosi, asciugamani simil carta vetrata per quanto ruvidi. In una camera mancava una luce vicino al letto.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr gut.

Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind zusammen ein Raum. Das ist etwas eng.

Kiváló volt a szállás, szuper a szobák elosztása.

Nem volt reggeli az árban. Ami tetszett, hogy közel volt a vasútállomás, mivel a cél inkább Bázel volt, hamar be tudtunk utazni.

A sütő egyenlő volt a mikrohullámsütővel, ami miatt nem használtuk egyszerre mind a kettőt.

Komfortable, 1a gelegene Schlafmöglichkeit, aber Wohnküche fällt ab und der Straßenlärm nervt nachts

Nur 2min Fußweg von der Endhaltestelle der Basler Tramlinie 3 (Gare du Saint-Louis) entfernt. Uhrzeitunabhängige Schlüsselübergabe per Zahlencode-Kästchen. Gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirr, auch eine Waschmaschine ist (im geteilten Eingangsbereich) vorhanden. Großer Fernseher in der Küche, schnelles WLAN, geräumige Zimmer, bequemes Bett, große Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, modernes Bad, Toilette in separatem Räumchen. Parkettboden, angenehm zum Barfußlaufen. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, Handtuch, Duschzeug, Fön vorhanden, ebenso Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Proaktiver Vermieter, der sich meldet und kümmert.

1) Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt direkt zur Hauptstraße, auf der auch nachts Verkehr herrscht. Im Sommer ist das für Leichtschläfer nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern erträglich. Allgemein ist die Lärmisolation in der Wohnung schlecht, man hört nicht nur die Straße, sondern auch die Nachbarn. Das ist dem schon älteren Baujahr des Hauses bzw. der Wohnanlage geschuldet, vermutlich aus den 1960er- oder 1970er-Jahren und nicht renoviert. 2) Aus der ursprünglichen Wohnung wurde anscheinend ein Zimmer abgetrennt und dessen Zimmertür mit eigenem Schloss versehen. Daher fehlt wohl das ursprüngliche Wohnzimmer und Couch und ein rudimentärer/suboptimaler Klapptisch finden sich mitsamt Fernseher in der Küche wieder. So hat man aber weder eine richtige Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Couchtisch. Und in der Küche fehlt der Platz, um alles Genannte unterzubringen. Als Ferienwohnung daher schlecht geeignet, im Vergleich zu einem Hotelzimmer aber durch die Küchenzeile und den Fernseher immer noch top.

Grand appartement ( 2 chambres, cuisine) . Proche de gare de Saint-Louis. Cuisine complète pour préparer les repas .

Boîte à clés bien indiquée, mais il a fallu téléphoner à la propriétaire pour savoir comment accéder au clavier . Déjà dit lors d'un précédent séjour : il faut absolument que la propriétaire cesse de faire avec insistance de la propagande politico-religieuse, et de déposer une pétition. Les visiteurs n'ont pas àç se soucier de la politique du gouvernement chinois.
