I will try another apartment next time.

1. Location. 2. Potentially available parking place. 3. Safe area.

1. This is not a "3 bedroom apartment" as advertised, but a 2-bedoom apartment + a living room. One of the main reasons why I made this booking was that 3-bedrooms were announced. Unfortunately, it was not the case. 2. Another reason for my booking was availability of "a bath", indicated in the advertisement. The bath was absent. No comment/explanation on this I received from the property's management. 3. Not all the photos of the interior shown on the property's web-page at Booking.com present it adequately. The apartment we lived in was much less attractive. 4. It looks like the owner(s) are trying to invest in the infrastructure. However, it is evident that this process is not yet finished, as there are holes in the walls, wires protruding from them, unclean external equipment in the bathroom, such as a ladder. 5. One bedroom and the living room do not have doors. Sure, it is matter of taste, but many people like more privacy. 6. The total number of beds (incl. 2 sofas in the living room) is 6 (one is double). Hence, potentially, the apartment could have accommodated 7 people. However: (i) only 3 chairs , and (ii) one cupboard are provided. There is a limited amount of cutlery and kitchen utensils. 7. The apartment is 'guarded' by a sort-of plywood door with a lock that prevents the door from closing even by one turn. 8. The advertisement indicates the possibility of booking a parking space. This is partly true: there is a private car park, but, as the owner indicated (after a prepaid booking has been made), it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so bookings cannot be guaranteed.

The worst accommodation

I think they gave me another apartment but I'm sure the other one was just as bad. It doesn't look like the pictures at all. Everything is very old. Very dirty, sticky parquet, spiders in the corners of the rooms, there were moldy dishes in the dishwasher. After many discussions with those responsible for the apartment I asked them to at least come and clean it, that didn't happen.

The owner of the accommodation is not cooperative at all, ineffective in communication, unclear, deceitful, the place does not match the pictures and lacks many services. Please be careful when booking with him.

Prima! voor 1 nacht op doorreis naar Oostenrijk

Prima appartement voor 1 nacht op doorreis. Genoeg ruimte voor gezin van 4 met 2 puberzonen. Tip: lekkere pizzeria aan het eind van de straat! Binnenkomen door instructie videofilmpje toegestuurd met Whatsapp. Parkeerplaats direct naast appartementgebouw wat handig is want de rest van de straat stond vol.

Jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat en ook geen bad aanwezig was terwijl dat wel omschreven was. De bedden waren op zich goed maar aan de harde kant (maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk). De ramen hebben onderhoud nodig. Het raam van de ouderslaapkamer kon niet eens echt gesloten worden!

Familj som övernattade där på väg från Italien till Norge. Huset som lägenheten låg i kändes nedgånget och sängkläderna

Ligger centralt och finns 2 parkeringsplatser som är för till kvarn principen. Ok kök och bad.

Det var svårt att veta var nyckeln låg så det tog lite tid innan vi kom in. Huset är ganska nedgånget men lägenheten var ok för en natt. Några av lakanen och handdukarna hade fläckar och hål i. Vi kunde inte låsa dörren inifrån så kändes osäkert.
