The pull-out bed was very dirty as was the bedding in it Broken, non-functioning fridge The shower was disastrous- 1 door broken, one missing door In general, a very poor condition of the apartment The area in which the house is located is surrounded by garbage and ruins. The worst stay in our lives

The location of the property and the free parking.

My trip to Frankfurt turned into a disaster thanks to the host who doesn't care for his guests. We arrived late evening and were given a code to get the key for the studio with 2 double beds. Unfortunately it was dirty after the last stay and the host gave us the code for the key to a studio with only 1 double bed where a family of three was supposed to sleep. The apartment was smelly,dirty and with mould right next to the bed. Don't expect a fan or an Aircon even in scorching 35 degrees. No communication from the host so far and I was told that they got paid and to not expect that they will clean the flat with 2 beds so we can move and sleep where we actually booked for. No help from booking.com in any way. I have never felt so let down by a company and a host. I have been using this website for years and years and have never had such a horrible experience where I can't even sleep in the accommodation I paid for. My son is having asthma and the mould in the room really made it worse. This accommodation is not suitable for living. It must be sorted and banned by booking.com. I will do my best to report it and save others the headaches. Very very very disappointed by this "host"!!!!

Die Lage war sehr zentral, sehr nahe an der Messe. Parkplatzmöglichkeit ist sehr gut.

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist "etwas" sanierungsbedürftig. Heizung unzureichend.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert. Wir würden 0 Sterne dafür geben und nicht mehr dort buchen. Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Fotos gebucht. Dort geschlafen haben wir jedoch nicht. Grund hierfür waren unter anderem: * Essensreste im Spülbecken sowie auf der Küchenablage * Haare auf dem Bett * Eine sichtbar ungeputzte Dusche * Ein stark verschmutzter Boden * Ein stinkender Kühlschrank * Schimmel an der Wand * Beschädigte Wand im Badezimmer, Klebematten fielen ab * Allgemein ungepflegter und unhygienischer Zustand Leider können nur 4 Fotos hochgeladen werden.

우리는 프랑크푸르트에 첫 여행으로 이곳을 숙박 예약하였습니다. 하지만 체크인 시간보다 늦게 키코드를 알려주었으며 우리는 방에 들어갔을 때 경악을 금치 못했습니다. 쓰레기는 그대로이며 침구류도 정리가 안 되어있었으며, 설거지 그릇, 쓰다만 수건, 화장실 휴지통도 비워져있지 않았으며, 바닥에는 수많은 먼지와 머리카락, 침구류에도 먼지와 머리카락이 잔뜩 있었으며, 특히 제일 충격적이었던 건 수많은 개미들이었으며 그 개미들은 바닥, 침대, 싱크대 모두 기어다니며 너무나도 많았기에 우리는 호스트에게 도저히 여기에서 못 지낼 거 같다. 청소도 안 되어있으며, 특히 개미들이 너무나도 많았기에 우리는 환불을 원한다고 연락을 했지만 빠른 대처가 없었고, 메시지도 느리게 답장을 해서 우리는 에어비엔비를 이용했습니다. 지금도 우리는 환불 요청을 하였지만 아직까지 답장을 주지 않고 있습니다. 이곳은 정말 모든 게 최악인 숙소였습니다. 수많은 나라와 많은 곳을 이용하였지만 제일 최악이고 돈을 그냥 땅에 뿌린 거 같습니다. 만약 당신들이 개미들과 더러운 숙소에 머물고 싶다면 예약하십시오. 엄청나게 많은 시진과 동영상이있지만 4장만 올릴수있기에 참고 올립니다.

Ich bin nicht in die Wohnung gekommen, weil der Schlüssel-Code erst am selben Tag verschickt wurde, und die Telefonnummer des Gastgebers nicht erreichbar war. Der Gastgeber reagiert auch nicht auf Nachrichten. Eine Rechnung wurde ebenfalls nicht ausgestellt.

Ausgangsposition sehr gut, spartanisch eingerichtet, zum Übernachten ohne Ansprüche gut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Spaziergänge bis in die Altstadt sind problemlos möglich. Ausgangsposition sehr gut. Betten waren gut und warm.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet( kein Kaffefilter oder Backofen ) In die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, Dusche sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplätze von Frankfurtern beschlagnahmt.
