Dirty filthy apartment and bad ownership.

Nothing, very bad dirty apartment sofas had no cushion, and sofa cum bed was not turning into bed, as per owner we need to get trained to pull sofa and convert into bed. There was dirty smell in whole apartment. The staff is very old and rude and unfriendly. Also they seem some gang type as we didn’t stay there and still took all the money.. we left apartments immediately in 1-2 hours as smell was unbearable. Curtains bed sheets sofa everything was dirty.

A nightmare! Stay away!

Our flight landed in the evening but the staff refused to stay back 30-45 minutes for us to arrive (check in time is until 8pm). They asked me to organise for someone else to pick up the key for us. When I did that they said that it’s too complicated and asked me to cancel my booking THE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. I refused however they didn’t open the door for the person who I organised to pick up the keys for us. This meant that they left us stranded on the day of our arrival so when we landed that night I was frantically searching for an alternative accommodation. Luckily we found one but at a much higher price because the more reasonable ones were booked out. Throughout they have been very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Scam! Worst place to stay!!!

Nothing. Apartment is old and dirty. Smells like some animal dead there . Everything was just nasty and stinky

Smells so bad. Couches with stains like . Bad was like someone eat bread there. Plus a lot of women hair in it. The floor hasn’t been washed for long time if you going to walk there without socks your feet get dirty right away. Apartment is completely different place than on the pictures. Booking how you allow people like this post on your platform??? It’s worst place i ever stay. Was planning to move right away but there is no option to return money and i have everything on budget

It is not real photos of apartment !!! Awful smell is getting in the apartment from kitchen drain.. as soon as you open the window the worth smell is coming from outside fast food restaurant... kitchen facilites - poor, Towels and bedshirts - dirty !!! (like you are in Somali and somewhere in Papua ) .. beds were damaged , it was impossible to sleep ... Never been in the same situation ... Shame on you Booking.com !!!

They gave me a different flat than the one booked: different location, less rooms, different pictures, different bathroom, kitchen, sofa-bed and TV were half the size, and the worst part the arrogance of the manager to refuse admitting that they have given me another place so they don't to pay compensation with the excuse that I used the place (of course I did, because they told me that I had to be one to cancel, so either way they keep the money)

Weekend in Frankfurt

The location is unbeatable as you are centrally located, it is not a noisy street nor do you feel unsafe at any time, also for both check in and check out the landlady was very nice.

The dishwasher machine did not work, the living room window too and you could not open it, the Sofa-bed is not a Sofa-bed, it was just a normal sofa with a sheet and a pillow, at least it was not much uncomfortable.

honestly nothing is interested there

this place is not even has the basic standards to live and the difference between pictures on profile and the reality of the place is a way too huge to lie about it. There is no basic standards for the electricity in the kitchen. They put the electronic kettle under the shower and above the bath which is dangerous but there is not even warm water in the apartment after all. Everything in the apartment like TV and fridge and … does not match the reality and also all is broken and a way long out of use. when you open the window there is the office of the police too close like you are face to face of the officers which is good and you feel safe but no privacy but during the night when the police is not working you gonna hear dangerous noises from other rooms in property. most horrible thing is that they send you another address after booking which is different than what is on website so how you can trust exactly? This is exactly a scamming better you don’t

Great Location. Good bars and restraurants just around the corner. Cheap parking next door. The flat was good internet. All what I needed was there.

Tell them what time you place to arrive so you don't need to wait for the old lady to give the keys.

Everything was as stated on the booking. It was clean. In a good location, near supermarkets etc. It was available at a Good price.

Nothing to complain about regarding the apartment. Corona time. All bars closed, but this is not the fault of the apartment or its owners.

Liars (I rented a two bedroom apartment but had a bedroom and no one was responsive) The broken bed, the fridge not working, the torn towels were just some of the problems there.

Estancia horrorosa y de vergüenza

El apartamento no está en condiciones de ser alquilado, necesita renovarse por completo. Las toallas con agujeros, el sofá cama horroroso con funda sucia, la alfombra sucia, las cortinas parte de ellas rotas, no hay lavadora y lo sabíamos pero planchar imposible la tabla de la plancha sin funda, no hay una simple cafetera, el lavavajillas no se podía usar estaba con cinta bloqueado. En cuanto a los enseres de la cocina, espartanos y algunos no limpios . El suelo muy estropeado. El congelador con exceso de hielo y puerta rota, no congelaba. El frigorífico muchas partes rotas. En definitiva una estancia muy desagradable y a eso hay que añadir que era una planta baja dando al patio de un hotel con carga y descarga, los ruidos permanentes, los coches aparcan en las ventanas del apartamento, no se pueden abrir las ventanas y si se abren con persianas bajadas. Para terminar solo decir que es la peor estancia que hemos tenido hasta ahora con Booking.com y realmente estamos defraudados.
