Clean hotel, friendly staff, great city view, well-equipped kitchen, convenient location / station

I stayed in the top-floor studio with that offered a beautiful view of Frankfurt city. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were always friendly especially Karim who was wonderful. Its location near the railway station was so convenient, with many supermarkets close by. The studio also had a complete well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making my long stay extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The area around the hotel was quite busy with different people lingering on the streets busy with their own stuff. They never disturb anyone but one may feel unfortable sometimes.

Camera dotata dei servizi basilari, aria condizionata a parte

Posizione allucinante, in una delle peggiori vie d'Europa. L'ingresso presso la struttura è reso difficile ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte per la quantità di drogati che bivaccano davanti alla porta. Servizio di reception solo in orari di ufficio. Il check in telefonico impossibile da organizzare, con un numero verde che continuava a girare la mia telefonata ad altri numeri. Sono riuscito ad entrare solo grazie ad un ospite che mi ha aperto. Totale assenza di aria condizionata e di sistemi di ventilazione, camera che stava mediamente intorno ai 30 gradi fissi, giorno e notte. Acqua calda che non ha funzionato per 3 giorni, costringendomi alla doccia gelata. Problema a detta del service irrisolvibile. Nessuna opzione di cambio struttura, la sola offerta di potersi andare a fare la doccia presso una palestra limitrofa, anticipando il pagamento.

Übelste Lage im Drogenviertel erwischt. Die Junkies halten sich Tag und Nacht direkt vor der Eingangstüre auf, Zimmerfenster direkt darüber. Zimmer hat übel gerochen und war sehr warm beheizt, Fensterlüftung wegen Lärm nicht möglich. Zimmer zwar wie auf Bildern, aber da war das Hotel sicher noch Neu. Wenn man nicht weiß was sich im Bahnhofsviertel abspielt, hat man Pech. Wegen Messe horend hohe Preise, für diese Lage mehr als unangebracht.

il est situé près de la gare central, où il y a beaucoup de drogués, ivrons, prostituées, la rue est sale, sale, sale, et un disco à côté donc bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin. la chambre est moyen bref, l'adresse à mémoriser de ne plus y tombé dessus.

Os Apartamentos ficam numa Rua de Trafico e consumo de Droga intenso . Existem dezenas de pessoas a rastejar e deitados na rua , literalmente a cair aos bocados , a consumir e a traficar a ceu aberto ... é perigoso e desagradavel , não sei como pode acontecer uma coisa destas no centro de Frankfurt .

Nicht zu empfehlen für Frauen und Familien mit Kinder

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht buchen , wenn die Bezeichnung richtig wäre , dass das Hotel mitten drin im rotlichtmileu und drogenabhängige die mit ihren Spritzen und Drogen rumlaufen . Ich war vor Ort und bat um Kulanz , denn ich könnte nicht zulassen , dass ich meine Ehefrau dort übernachten ließ , sogar die Chefin wo man denkt , dass sie selbst als Frau Verständnis dafür hätte , hat es abgelehnt mir das Geld zurück geben . 500 Euro habe ich somit verloren . Musste ein anderes Hotel buchen . Ich würde die Finger davon lassen dort zu buchen , wenn man eine Frau ist . Zum ersten Mal gebe ich eine negative Bewertung . Dieser Spruch von der Rezeption war echt heftig , diese drogenabhängige tun nichts und die zuhälter unfassbar seit wann ist ein rotlichtmileu und Drogenszene friedlich die Nacht . Welche, Frau würde freiwillig in so ein Hotel übernachten wo man das Risiko eingeht draußen die Leute mit spritzen rumläuft . Es ist sehr schade , dass man als Hotel nicht Kulanz gezeigt hat . Dss Hotel muss seine Bezeichnung Bahnhofsviertel umändern und zwar in Hotel befindet sich in der rotlichtstrasse und drogenabhängige.
