Close to the train station, so convenient to travel. Good coffee shop close by. The room was somewhat new. Easy check-in - you need to fill in a form before checking in to receive the door code. The hotel location is ok as long as you don't start walking towards the train station.

Location is good in terms of distance to the train station, but as soon as you start walking towards it for just 1 minute you start seeing area full of dodgy people, gathering in groups, doing drugs on the streets and staring at you when you walk by. The room was clean except the floor and the toilet - we literally had urine stains left on the toilet rim after the previous guests, so the toilet itself was definitely not cleaned. The floor was dusted. For the price we paid we were somewhat disappointed by the above points.

When I arrived in Frankfurt I realized I booked the wrong period and I had to pay to change the dates despite they had many available rooms and the period I left would have been higher season, but ok, my fault. I arrived more than an hour after available check in but when I entered the apartment (which is in fact JUST A ROOM WITH A MICROWAVE) THE ROOM WAS STILL AS LEFT BY THE PREVIOUS GUESTS. I informed the customer service and they changed my room but AFTER WAITING THEY “REWARD” ME WITH A ROOM SMALLER THAN THE ONE I HAD PAID FOR, actually a single room, as also the bed was smaller and there was just one chair, bathrobe etc.. Moreover there was some dead insects left on the floor.. The door in the shower didn’t close properly so the floor was always wet after using it. Only one side of the bed had power socket, as it was a smaller room
