The room was so cold

Good location.

I'm always a regular customer of this accommodation for over 10 years every year. After the hotel name and owner changed, the price went up ridiculously high and the mini studio didn't get a good night's sleep because the room was so cold,

Only good thing was the location, wouldn’t stay again!

Location

Not very well looked after, room was very tired. Not cleaned properly with stains all over the floors. Only one curtain for the window although there were blinds. Asked twice for extra pillows, staff couldn’t be bothered and unapproachable. Still didn’t get any extra pillows. Rooms can’t be dead locked from the inside. Bathroom door didn’t close properly but then there was a sign not to let the room get too steamy as this could set the smoke alarm off. Communal stairways smelt of sewerage constantly this was masked in the hallways outside the room by using air fresheners. Condom found under bed when I lifted the bed up (storage bed). Only one glass in the kitchenette which was stained and only one large plate.

Skyreach BizzStay made us hate our stay in Frankfurt!

Cleanliness

We had two stays there, each for one night, one week apart. For the first stay, we were struggling to find the place since the name “Skyreach BizzStay” was nowhere to be found! You are not given the entrance code beforehand, but the main problem is that both times there was no one at reception to open the door for us. For the second stay, the situation was even worse, because not only was there no one at reception, but they also forgot that we had a booking! I called them, and they showed up after 10 minutes, saying that my booking was wrongly submitted for the last night in their system. Anyway, I got the code to the room. When I entered it to open the door, it was not working. We again went to the reception to fix it. The next day, a lady knocked on the door before 11 a.m. asking us when we were leaving?!!! The funny thing was that they answered my message on the Booking.com app chat after two days, when I was back at my home.

Only the location that it is close to central

Tv is outdated no netflix no screen mirroring only booring tv, room was not so clean , there was no staff at reception in morning till 12:00 pm and also their shift ends 9:00 pm in the evening,moreover staff knocked on our room three to four times one time asking for when will we check out that too 8 am in morning second and third time we have extended our stay for one day but it was not updated with cleaning staff so they entered our room two times with their key code which was very unprofessional

Very disappointed

It was perfect in size for my family. There were three televisions, two in rooms and one in kitchen.

Cleaning was not good, staff was not cooperative. Outside parking possibility zero percent. I tried to find parking spot in surrounding area but couldn’t find. I asked to the staff but he said me you try to find it, it is free up to morning 8 o clock. I was very tired after a long journey, when I asked him kindly tell me any paid parking, he told me, ‘Oh’ we have a parking but we charge 30 euros. I come back to hotel and him 30 euros, then he told me I can park my car in building basement. Kitchen was Ok but there was no coffee or tea. There was one sofa in kitchen but that was very dirty.

Worst place in Frankfurt.

Actually nothing. I regret booking in this appartment

Everything was bad . 1_ I folllow the map to find the location,when I reached there , I discovered that the name is different, ( I found the name is Vision Appartments) . I suffered to know that it is new management and new name for tge facility. 2_ the front door was coded by keypad. I spent 1 hour waiting in front of the main door wondering how to go inside. I tried ringing bill as per instructions , tried to find the code somewhere, useless. Eventually , somebody is going out frome the hotel, I gain the chance togo in. The only one reception told me that she was hired only few days back. She was unexperinced at all. 3_ no key to enter the appartment , it is by codes. No telephon connected to reception Anything you need , you have to go down, and when you do , you will not find anybody in the reception. Nobody came to clean in the second day , no services at all . I think this place is closing soon. If not , I do not advise anybody to try it.

The apartment wasn't very clean. The kettle was so dirty I didn't use it. I purchased floor wipes and cleaned the floor myself and it was filthy.

Good apartment, bad organisation

The apartment, despite being small, was really cool! Equipped with everything (even if we didn't use the kitchen) and in a good position! Great style and they also provide towels and shampoo/shower gel which I wasn't expecting, so great!

What really made me give 7 points despite the apartment being actually great: the organisation! It was awful!!! After booking you are told that you'll receive an email with instructions and code to get in after doing the online check in. Well, I did this online check in twice and never received any code or instructions, so I had to chase them on the same day I was supposed to arrive in Frankfurt! And I was being ignored! I contacted them on Booking, by email and in the end even by SMS cause nobody was answering me! I finally received an answer through WhatsApp but I had once again to chase them for answers and instructions! It was awful and stressed me out a lot considering it was the day of my arrival and I started to think I was being scammed! Not funny at all. About the apartment: I can't see properly in the distance (I wear glasses) and there was a mirror only behind the sink which was too far for me to be able to do my makeup and that was awful and I ended up trying to use the reflecting surface of the microwave😭 Just put a bigger mirror inside the wardrobe door! And the curtains were very annoying to move and I wasn't able to pull them close properly so in the morning the light annoyed me.

The place is wonderful and well located, it just needs feedback to improve the cleaning and change the floors in the apartment because they are stained

The floor is a bit stained, before there was cleaning but now there isn't, there is no provision for changing towels and bed linen, I found it absurd. I come once a year to the same accommodation and during these years it was already my third time, This year they are not like last year, when there were people to change bed linen and clean the apartment after 4 days of staying!This year I also stayed in a room that didn't have a table. I was sad. I usually always have tables to eat at.

Great location, in between the Bahnhofsviertel and Holbeinsteg, it’s an apartment (if you don’t like room service), kitchenette fully equipped

Low price Inventar, a shower head with no protection in the bathroom (whole bathroom gets wet when taking a shower), bathroom sink did drain very poorly, took a while to figure out the lighting in the apartment.

Well positioned great stay in clean and friendly apartment

Location was fab and the customer service is 24 hours we rang at gone midnight and they sorted our issues out. The staff were friendly and the place is clean the area was ok a few questionable areas but it’s close to the station so to be expected lovely down near the river and the old town is just a stroll away really couldn’t fault anything

Using keypads is a little new to me but I soon got the hang of remembering the code I think for the price you pay this apartment is such good value for money. With it being an apartment you have to wash your own towels but the machines are downstairs and free I even washed my stuff to come home

I liked the bathroom and shower, it was pretty and modern. The Windows were thick and blocked out the street noise.

The curtains and floors had some pretty big stains. One of the window's electric shutter was broken and some of the curtains would get stuck and would need to force it to get it through the rail. There's also a coffee maker but no coffee for it, which would be nice. Male receptionists didnt allow check in even if its just a few minutes early. Cleaning staff had left either citric acid or other chemicals in the electric kettle which made the tea sour.

nothing I liked except for the location which was not beautiful but it was close to the station and the office.

I did not like the apartment, it was dirty, poorly maintained, full of stains on the walls, the mattress was old and stained, the bathroom was full of fungus, the floors were stained and scratched, and the person who was in the customer service office did not want to listen to me or help me in anything, in fact he clearly stated that he would not listen to me and that he was too busy to solve my problems.

A nice apartment in concept, but the cleanliness was an issue

The contactless check-in was fine. Generally, it was possible to contact the property to try to address problems noticed upon arrival. It was a suitable size for four people and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. There were quite some hairs in the shower, sticky droplets around the toilet on the floor, a large and awkward stain on the sofa. We were quite uncomfortable so we avoided the bathroom as much as possible and didn't initially shower. I wrote to the host immediately, with pictures, and they said that they would talk to their cleaning department the next day and that it should be fixed. It was clear that no one came the next day (sticky droplets and hair in the shower remained, in the exact same positions). We ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves and then could use it. This was really not acceptable. They wouldn't offer us anything for this. In general, the apartment is definitely much more used than pictured, which would have been alright if it was at least clean.
