Appartment perfectly clean and complete, very kind and responsive host. Good location, we have appreciated our stay.

We liked that it was easy walking distance to better areas for food and shopping, restaurants, etc. We liked that the management company had left a bottle of water in the refrigerator for us. The coffee machine was excellent. They left some coffee pods for us so we can have coffee in the morning and there was a kettle for us to make water for tea. They left some laundry pods on the washing machine so I could do a few loads of laundry. In the bedroom, they had converter for almost any cell phone charger You may have which was awesome if you didn’t have something with you to charge your phone. This would be a great place to stay if you had a business trip and needed a place to sleep for a night or two.

The apartment could definitely be in a better area. The apartment needs updating. The grout in the shower needs a good scrubbing. The walls have holes and are dirty. The couch has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. A coffee table in front of the couch would make it much easier to put a drink down when you’re watching TV. The shampoo and body wash bottles that were left in the shower were empty and dried out. The dish soap bottle was left on the counter and empty should’ve been thrown in the trash. It was weird to have old cleaning products empty. The cups and dishes were dirty in the cupboard The window coverings need to be repaired and replaced. There are some that are broken and some that are missing completely. The apartment faces the walkway, which is lighted. The lighting streams into the apartment in the evening, and so therefore does not get very dark. The apartments all face each other and because of this, and the windows not being covered there is very little privacy. Neighbors can look directly down and into your bedroom. The apartment has two beds that can sleep four people. They only left two pillows and two thin blankets. Thank God we had to throw blankets with us because it got cold and there was nothing to cover up with unless you turn the heater on you would be cold. We mentioned this to management and they told us that they would only give us two small covers because we only paid for two people. The work area had an old computer screen but no computer so complete waste of space. Could not use with my laptop because no room. Apartment is on bottom floor and the upstairs neighbor is loud constant noise from above from 5 AM to 10PM daily. Parking spot included is a walk and is by located in different apartment building.

The place was great for us a family with kids. The area is safe, the building is well maintained and with the help of the great instructions set provided by our host we got inside quickly and without trouble. The appartment was great: spacious, clean, looked like newly renovated, new furniture, well equipped kitchen, White clean sheet beds, warm, If we will be back in Frankfurt we will chose the same place.

Met hele gezin kunnen verblijven. Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld door de host. Informatie alles fijn van te voren verstrekt waardoor inchecken makkelijk ging.

Auto stond wel beetje ver lopen van het verblijf en vond de plek waar hij stond ook niet heel prettig om te lopen. Plek waar appartement staat is wel stuk fijner!

Sehr gute Lage um Frankfurt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Über den reservierten Parkplatz waren wir sehr froh, da die Parkplatzsuche vor der Wohnung sehr schwierig ist.

Ein schönes Appartement und gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastherr. Er hat deutlich angegeben über Video wie man im Haus hinein kommt.

Man sollte gleich angeben, dass man einen Parkplatz benötigt! Das steht aber auch deutlich in der Anzeige. Sonst sucht man lange nach einem freien Platz.
