The Location.
Floors are not clean, broken Beds, and water leaks in the kitchen rooms don't have proper curtains. Pictures on booking.com are showing well, but everything was Old and partially broken.

A deeply disappointing stay in a poorly maintained apartment that looked nothing like the photos.
The contact person was very nice. We asked for a company invoice, and they sent it to us quickly. They also provided us with clear instructions on how to get the key and access the accommodation
First of all, I have no idea how this accommodation received such a high rating on Booking.com. I must say, the apartment we stayed in looked nothing like the photos. While the location is convenient in terms of public transport, Offenbach itself is a terrible area — dirty, chaotic, and with poor public safety.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable. Dust was everywhere, and there were many silverfish in the corners of the walls. All the furniture was extremely old, and the washing machine was moldy inside. Since we were staying for a full week and needed to do laundry, we had to disinfect and deep-clean the washing machine ourselves using high heat.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped — utensils were limited and insufficient for proper cooking. At best, you could fry an egg. The pots and pans had peeling coating, and even the few utensils available were not clean. We even found a fork still covered in butter.
There was only one trash bin in the entire apartment, located in the kitchen. No toaster, no coffee machine — not even a basic filter coffee pot.
The apartment had a terrible smell, a mix of mildew and cheap perfume. The bed in the master bedroom was nearly falling apart; it creaked loudly with every movement. There was an old desk and a dusty stool, and even the hangers in the wardrobe were covered in dust.
All the bedding was very old — we found hair and yellow-stained pillows. As for towels, there were only two small ones that looked somewhat new. The larger bath towels were all old and discolored. One towel even smelled like cigarette smoke, and despite washing it in the machine, the smell and yellowish stain remained.
The toilet was extremely dated, and the corners of the bathroom were dirty. Both showerheads were broken and couldn’t be mounted, meaning you had to hold them in your hand the whole time — very inconvenient.

MY WORST STAY EVER! :(
⁃ Check in wasn’t on time and we had to wait in the rain for him!
⁃ At the end a lady showed up to deliver the key that she wasn’t able to speak an English word!
⁃ The apartment seems clean but it was not really!
⁃ The blankets were dirty with many holes!!!!!
⁃ We were four persons and all wooden slatted frame (Lattenrost) of two twins bed and a double bed were broken!!!!!!!
⁃ The apartment was too cold and all of heaters were not working!!!
⁃ Dishes in the kitchen wasn’t clean at all!! Cups and plates were brown!!
⁃ And they weren’t provided in 4 set, ( one long glass, two short cups, two mags, …) they seemed to be found randomly in the street!!!
⁃ The fridge hasn’t been cleaned and rest of the last person was still in it!!
⁃ Kitchen has a very huge window but without any curtains and no privacy! It was easily can be seen from street!!
⁃ The apartment has a TV but without connection to any canal!
⁃ The bathroom has a shower box and a tube bath, but both of them were useless and not comfortable to use! In the box the shower head didn’t have a holder to hang and the tube hadn’t any vertical holder for its shower head!!! We had to took shower in both just with one hand because the other hand must hold the shower head!
⁃ Apartment didn’t have enough lamps and apartment was dark in nights because lights were too weeks!
⁃ There was no parking space. Belong to the apartment or even in the front street of the apartment , Which didn’t mention in the advertisement. And we had to park far away and walked a lot.

It was a nice spacious apartment, would have been nicer if everything worked as expected.
The location was lovely, with an abundance of local shops.
I really enjoyed the space that was provided as it is ideal for family and left my kids with lots of room to run around.
It was unfortunate that there was no toaster and the kettle didn't work. The curtain rail in the one of the rooms was broken which meant the curtain was half hanging and could not close properly. The window in the living room was too open and did not have the drapes as shown in the pictures.

Het was er verschrikkelijk, dat appartement zit in een soort ghetto wijk met een vies trappenhuis, het stinkt. Binnen in het appartement was ook vies, de gordijnen waren gekleurd zagen er geel uit, het beddengoed was gescheurd alsof er muizen aan hadden geknaagd, al met al heel erg teleurgesteld! Dit is meer een appartement om te overleven. Wij hadden contact opgenomen met de beheerder en wilde ons niet tegemoed komen, enige wat hij vertelde is jullie mogen iets anders zoeken in de avond op kerstavond! Ik had hem verteld dat ik deze slechte review zou plaatsen, en hij vertelde dat hij het zou verwijderen. Geldwolven zijn het!

La Ubicación es lo mejor, tiene excelente conexión con el transporte, muy cercano. contaba con un supermercado cerca y varios restaurant lo que permitía acceder a compras para el día a día
el olor del departamento, en las camas se sentían hasta las tablas, el aseo no era lo mejor la ropa de cama dejaron ropa de 1 plaza para una cama de 2 plazas, la ropa de cama estaba con agujeros y manchada.
