Attention - cockroaches!

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by cockroaches. I sent a photo of one to the host, to which he replied that he didn't think it was a problem and wouldn't cancel our stay free of charge. He was very rude, saying it wasn't the Hilton and that cockroaches weren't a problem. Outrageous! The accommodation was advertised on Booking.com.

The apartment it was different then the one posted on booking website! The house furniture is junk colected from the street, i have photos! Dust all over the place!

It is a cheap and clean apartment in a not so nice block of apartments, central area, but smelled.

Registration/collecting the key was easy and flexible. We were met at the entrance of the apartment by the polite agent who showed us the room. it was very clean, the bed linen was new and clean like in a hotel. The furniture was simple from IKEA but seemed new. It was a cheap price per night for a clean central studio apartment.

This was a single apartment in a general housing block for many owners/renters, and not a block just for this company. The apartment had a very strong smell coming from the air intake in the kitchen but filling all rooms. Speaking with other people in this housing block, it seems to be a problem with all apartments, not just this one. Also the drain for the shower was blocked/very slow to drain, so showering was limited. The whole block has a pigeon problem, and pigeons were permanently on the small balcony making noise continuously which had been mentioned by previous feedback from earlier renters. The door to the balcony could not be closed. It was left in a kipped position, which was "OK" but we had no way to shut out the pigeon noise. The Lift in the block was broken for the last 2 days of the stay, the apartment was on the 6th floor.

Avoid like plague - overpcriced & too old for any money to dropp, let alone for ejat they're asking

Nothing to say good- all BAD in this place.

I hate it to have only negative things to say about this place, but if that's thw reality, then so be it. - Parking is NOT provided/managed by the host/owner - we had to park in a paid, not safe public car park accross the road, after locals from the block rushed us to get out from their parking lots - even though there were no signs saying "space allocatted to X, Y, Z resident" - old apartment which aged badly and is in a bad condition which clearly needs big investments to bring it to acceptable standards. - broken & vinyl on the hallway as you walk inside - clogged sink in the bathroom - bathroom smelling bad & very outdated appliances/yellowed plastics all-around - dirty windows/beds - 1 mattress 30cm smaller than the bed frame - 1 sofa suuuuper dirty and dusty - livingroom windows dirty A.F - check pictures with the streaks of grease/marks on them - side skirting in the hallway hanging loose in a nail - very dangerous for any infant/baby crawling in that apartment. The list with bad things is too long and I can go on and on and sooo on, but I have to summarize: AVOID if you want de minimum of decency and

It's ok but..

This apartment was booked just to sleep somewhere and have a good time with friends. So the main goal is totally achieved.

I didn't like the fact that apartment on photos is not the same we've got. The overall number of rooms and furniture is the same. But condition of furniture and rooms themselves was worse than on photos.

Cooker hood broken fixed with tape. Would not recommend staying here

Disappointed. Not the apartment that we had been promised.

It was very spacious.

- not the same apartment as shown in pictures - dusty - overall not clean, the bed had dirt and the air was stuffy - the tv screen was shattered - toilet broken, you had to wait 20 min until it flushed again - the water kettle had old water in it and the bottom was filled with grimes - the shower holder was broken - the lock on the front door didn’t work and the safety lock was also broken. Overall the doors we’re very difficult to handle - woman who came and gave us the keys was 20 minutes late of our planned schedule and didn’t speak english

Towels and sheets were clean and the house was clean. Location was good. Big radiators were warm and we could dry our stuff on them.

Parking in the front of the house and hotel was big, but amount of cars was also big - and it was dense. There was another parking down to the house/hotel, apparently it was hard to park there.

I told them so, but nothing was done. I don't recommend staying here. I'll attach photos to show the extent of the disaster: terrible filth and outdated, dilapidated furniture.

Struttura molto sporca!!! Abbiamo trovato panni sporchi negli armadietti e sedie unte come da foto!!Ricordare che è situata in una zona pedonale e quindi l auto deve essere obbligatoriamente portate in parcheggio !! 15/20€ al giorno!!

Jeg likte på størrelsen på rommene. Jeg likte at det var mange restauranter og kafeer og kjøpssentere i nærheten. Det er ikke veldig langt fra togstasjon.

Inngangspartiet var utrygt og lite egnet for barn, og fremsto ikke som attraktivt. Det var svært mye støy om natten, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Baderommet var uhygienisk og luktet sterkt, trolig på grunn av dårlig ventilasjon. Kjøkkenet var mangelfullt utstyrt – blant annet manglet det en vannkoker. Dørnøklene var vanskelige å bruke og fungerte dårlig. Vi hadde forventet å bo i Frankfurt, men leiligheten lå i Offenbach. Dette medførte ekstra kostnader og tidsbruk til transport.
