Accommodation Review

The place is spacious, the bathroom and shower are a good size and comfortable. The hot water comes out immediately, and the heating works perfectly. You don’t hear any noise from the neighbors, and you have privacy.

The beds and bedding are very worn, so they’re not very comfortable. It’s a flat with very high ceilings and a large garden, which leads to the constant presence of insects. They mention that they only speak German, and this needs to be taken into account — it’s impossible to communicate with them in any other language.

Für mich ok, für Geschäftsreisende schwierig, wenn sie gleich die Rechnung benötigen.

Die Wohnung ist groß, hätte ich garnicht gebraucht. Der Preis war zur Messezeit sehr gut, deswegen habe ich sie gebucht. Vom Bahnhof Mainkur ist sie in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wäre auch vorhanden gewesen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Ich bin auf Geschäftsreise und frage stets bei der Buchung bereits die Rechnung auf Firmenadresse an. Üblicherweise erhalte ich sie spätestens beim Checkin, teilweise schon bei der Bezahlung vorab. Auch diese Whg war vorab bezahlt. Mir gefällt nicht, dass ich bewerten MUSS um eine Rechnung zu erhalten, ich erwarte dies ohne Bedingung, schließlich habe ich bereits bezahlt.

Insgesamt in Ordnung.

Für unseren Bedarf war die Wohnung gut. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten jeder ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Ruhig gelegen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war leider zeitlich verzögert. Das Geschirr in der Küche musste von uns erstmal gereinigt werden. Die Matratze in einem Zimmer war sehr durchgelegen. Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können.

Très peu d’investissement du propriétaire dans le bâtiment, pourtant plein de potentiel : cuisine vieillotte, évier à remplacer (des mouchettes présentes autour…), mobilier très sommaire : 5 lits mais une cuisine minuscule et 4 chaises, un salon qui sert de chambre… Et presque rien à disposition à notre arrivée : pas de papier-toilette, de savon, de savon vaisselle, d’essuie-vaisselle…prise défectueuse, wifi limité dans les chambres… Cerise sur le gâteau : des verres avec de la moisissure dans la cuisine.

Wohnung ist alt, verdreckt und hat Baustellenflair Stromleitungen schauen aus der Wand, Jalousien sind defekt, Spinnweben an Decken und in den Ecken, Flecken an Türen, Heizungen und Wänden, Fenster dreckig, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Herd mussten erst einmal von uns gereinigt werden, Inventar ist alt, defekt und hat etwas von Sperrmüll, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der zur Wohnung gehört und auch angeboten wurde, wurde scheinbar vom Vermieter permanent blockiert, war also nicht nutzbar, helle Hand- und Geschirrtücher waren mit schwarzen Flecken, Schimmel an der Badewanne, Heizkörper hatten Marmeladenflecken, Schamhaare in der Bettwäsche, die Liste ist lang

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut:Trotz ruhiger Lage, gute Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen.

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr Gastfreundlich !

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wohnung war sehr hell und groß, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für eine Geschäftsreise wie unsere, aber auch für Familie und Freunde. Genug Parkplätze vor der Tür. Der Ablauf war reibungslos.
