A lovely modern apartment in a larger complex, good access with suitcases and a lot of storage. Well set up and function

Good access with large suitcases. It was lovely and warm in main areas, kitchen well set up with great appliances, everything was there ready for use and made staying a pleasure Heating was fantastic and the whole place was lovely and clean. Close to public transport.

Difficult to find, should emphasise this was a private apartment in a public complex in the ad would help you. The Garden Loft, is the actual name stuck in the apartment door, not the name of the complex. The lighting was different to what we were accustomed to, at times would work and at other times not, however could learn how to use it eventually. In winter the master bedroom was cold but the rest was lovely

Best value accommodation for family and working group

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in peaceful locality but near to city too. All amenities were present like hot water tub, hairdryer, toiletories, kitchen appliances & utensils. TVs, WIFI, cupboards, iron etc. The host was great particularly, she was very cooperative and understanding. It was great decision to stay in this apartment. Would highly recommend if you are travelling 3-4 people. Great value for money

Very unprofessional - better not to rent, as privacy is not respected

- Relatively new appartment

Check in processes could be impoved as its not straightforward. Furthermore, the shared code for the key locker was wrong, and I had to call the landlord to receive the right code The apartment was clean, but we had to make up the beds as the sheets were hanging over some chairs to dry. Not what you would expect when renting an apartment at the price of a hotel. Furthermore, at 5 in the morning, a very rude couple (allegedly the cleaning stuff with a copy of the keys) entered the apartment without pernmission or noticing and woke up all people as they were searching for a key through several rooms and left. Completely unacceptable behavior. On notifying the landlord, he apologized but announced that someone will again enter to dry some close from the washing machine, instead of asking for permission or when it would suit us. This is clearly against renting laws and utterly imprudent. She didn't even seem to understand that such a behavior is completely unacceptable for a hospitality business, especially when renting an apartment for profit at elevated rates. Would not recommend to rent as neither privacy/ laws are respected and organization overall is unprofessional.

Family friendly apartment

This apartment is perfect for families, both our children loved the toys, Disney + and the play area outside. The location, whilst not central, is very close to a tram stop which makes it easy to get to the centre. There's an Aldi within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all Miele products!

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't find any tea towels or a dustpan to tidy up.

The property was very quiet and spacious! Perfect for a family to stay. Really close to the Frankfurt tube making it easy to get in and out of town. Would recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay locally.

A comfortable modern apartment

Modern large apartment. Very clean and spacious. Good location, short drive from airport and close to the centre of Frankfort. Nice outdoor area with garden. Good kitchen and bathrooms. There is a portable air-conditioner available. A comfortable stay.

There was no washing machine/dryer. An information booklet would be very helpful

Moder and clean flat

The flat is modern, clean, and functional. From the checikin onwards all the process was smoonth thanks to the host who is very attentive. The location is convenient because there is a U-Bahn station within walking distance. If you have a car it is even better considering the car parking inside the building.

The place is clean and tidy, the host was very helpful and friendly, very good communication. The location is great and the area is quiet. Just within walking distance from a water park which was great. The place has everything you would need. Recommend

No washing machine unfortunately, which would have been useful if you stay few days as a group of people.

Pleasant but lacking a few things

Location good, apartment very nice

There were no instructions for anything. Would have been nice to have a folder with how to use things. No instructions on accessing internet, we had to call. No iron or ironing board. No toiletries. Advertised with 2 x double beds but when we arrived it was only a single in the 2nd bedroom. The owner happened to pop by for something else and explained how to set it up as a double but otherwise we would have had no clue that it could even be a double. I ended up sleeping on the sofa (not a sofabed as advertised) as it was too difficult. My son was jetlagged and went straight to sleep so I couldn't have set it up even if I knew how after the owner explained.

Exceptional

Super comfortable apartment with streaming channels on the 2 TVs. Plenty of space in a nice quiet area. They even had toys for kids.

The code to pickup the key didnt work the first time but the host was able to solve the issue quickly on the phone

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, mitten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Obwohl die Unterkunft ansonsten voll ausgestattet war, fehlten Dinge wie Geschirrspültabs (nur 1/2 Stück wären benötigt worden) oder als Alternative Geschirrtücher zum Abtrocknen des benutzten Geschirrs.

Der Schlüssel lag in einem Schließfach, die Beschreibung lag der Bestätigung anbei. Wir haben den Schlüssel zunächst nicht gefunden - daher telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin aufgenommen, die uns sofort super geholfen hat.

Schade, mit solchen Nachlässigkeiten, wird die Laune verdorben.

im ersten Moment wirkte die Wohnung sauber, dann ist uns aber etwas unter das Sofa im Wohnzimmer gerollt, als wir dieses Teil dann verschoben haben, wurde festgestellt, dass hier noch nie oder ganz selten gereinigt wurde, richtig schmutzig. Auf dem Balkon standen die leeren Bierflaschenreste,15 Flaschen, der Vorgänger, damit war die Wohnung für uns erledigt.

Agradable pero mejorable

La amplitud del establecimiento y la facilidad de aparcar por el parking privado.. La tranquilidad de la zona.

El aire acondicionado es portátil y estaba empaquetado en una terraza, siendo aparatosa su movilidad y funcionamiento, que requiere de una ventana abierta para activarlo, oor lo que tiene que no se puede salir de la casa y dejar el temporizador activo. Por otro lado se indicaba en Booking la disponibilidad de lavadora, pero está estaba en un cuarto cerrado con llave. Lo indicamos a los dueños y nos comentaron que había que acordar con la persona de limpieza para que nos facilitase el acceso. Había detalles que dejaban una imagen mejorable, un cenicero con colillas en el jardín, zapatillas bajo una silla, juguetes por todos los rincones de la casa....

Heel leuk verblijf

Het appartement was ruim, mooi en heel proper. Het was rustig gelegen en er was een tramhalte dichtbij. De eigenaars waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel op ons bericht dat we de wificode niet vonden. Ook de uitleg die we gekregen hadden om het juiste appartement te vinden en binnen te kunnen, was heel duidelijk. Kortom: een aanrader!

Als ik dan toch iets 'negatief' moet zeggen, een vergiet om de spaghetti in af te gieten en een briefje met wat praktische uitleg (wificode, hoe de vaatwas open gaat als hij klaar is,...) zou handig geweest zijn.
