Disaster

This accommodation is scam.

Address from the website and booking confirmation didn’t match with the actual address. Kitchen wasn’t usable, extremely dirty and old. Pictures from the website have nothing with the accommodation we were staying at. Beds broken. Impossibly dirty. Wouldn’t recomend to anyone. If I can choose would not stay here even for free.

We were very disappointed with the reception as this is the worse reception we have ever received

Bad reception. We did not get someone to give us the keys and were obliged to search for someone in Frankfurt to go a get the key and meet us. And this was costly. Also they can not reply to our queries. We sent then so many messages on how the get the keys and there was no reply from them

very very very...............Bad and inhumane!!

The host was cheater, when I told him that my check in time would be between 8-9 PM. He was Ok, but after full payment with city tax, he was denied to allow me check in at 8;30 PM. Didn't return my money. I was in trouble with my wife and two kids at a new place in the night. However, I searched a hotel and paid a double price to get the rooms urgently. I can't explained my problems in words. The host was very cruel and inhumane. My suggestion is never to stay there. I have never seen such a bad person in my life even I wondered around 10 countries.

I had clearly informed the property at the time of booking about my delayed arrival and requested check-in between 20:00–21:00, as I was traveling with my family by train. Unfortunately, the train was delayed, and despite repeated messages and requests, the property manager responded with rude and unacceptable behavior. This property was booked through booking.com, I was surprised how could booking.com advertise such property. I am very disappointed with booking.com. I expect that booking.com at least return back my money, otherwise they lost customer's trust.

EVEN ON A TIGHT BUDGET THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!!! To start with, the flat was not located at the initial address but right in front of the train station over an Irish pub surrounded by people smoking crack in the street… On top of it the place was disgusting, when I arrived you could see that some cleaning had been done, but after a few minutes I started noticing the traces on the sofa, the grease in the kitchen and a little bit after the smell… I had to spray Febreze in the flat at list twice a day. After all this I hoped for a good night of sleep… But with this location the place was too noisy to leave the window open and to hot to leave it close. After one hour on my own in the bed the first bed slat fell on the flour on its own, then another, then another… Just me moving in the bed… after the 5th one the bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on the floor. To realise the next morning that the slats were not attached to the bed and didn’t fit to the size of the frame… I slept the all four night on the mattress on the flour…. So believe my advice even on a tight budget this place is not worth it

Departure

Hygiëne was very bad. Mold in the shower, towels had brown stains and some of them had holes in them. The whole apartment smelled like someone smoked there. There where different insects inside, as an example cockroaches. We killed one cockroach and the other one got away what gave us a hard time sleeping. TV does not work, although it turns on but there is nothing on it since subscription isn't paid by the owner. The couch and a pillow were full of nasty stains (looks like someone had fun). You don't want to sit on it! Public parking is free, if you find a spot and is far away from the apartment.

It did accommodate us and was in a good location but not what we expected and cousin have been a little more clean

It was spacious. Had wi-fi, beds were comfortable, sofa bed was a little warm and stained. The staff was quick and accommodating.

The parking was not included and took us a long time to find free public parking as advertised. paid almost €40 the first day. it wasn’t the cleanest place. A lot of dust and dirt on the floors ans around edges of walls. The shower was moldy and pretty gross and didn’t drain. The toilet seat was broken. The apartment is down a dark alley behind a building so motion lights or something so you can see and feel safe would have been nice. The windows didn’t lock. The sheets and towels had holes in them and the towels were a bit stained. It seemed more like a private rental than an apartment through a hotel.

Very disappointing and not remotely as advertised.

Location was good.

Kitchen was sub-standard. Cutlery minimal and partly not washed. No oven, no microwave, no toaster ( although advertised). Nothing to make coffee in. Wi fi intermittently not working and television channels limited. Bedding minimal and in poor condition.

I would not suggest this place as the accomodation for more than 1-2 nights.

The appartment is big enough to accomodate three or even four people, the location is close to the centre of the city.

As three adult guests with independent separate daily schedules and rather wide travel experience we expected to have a set of keys each (or at least two sets of keys for three of us). The person who let us into the appartment declared that it is extremely expensive to have additonal set of keys (nonsense, bearing in mind how much they charge for the property), and said I have to contact the owner through email provided by booking site as his task is just to let us in. I got the promise that they will try to provide "the security set" but it never happened. The furniture was rather worn-down, the sheets and towels had holes from the too long exploitation, the light bulb in the kitchen went off during our stay, and the shower was also not in the the best working order. So, in general, only good thing is the location and the size of the appartment, but the attitude towards the guests is just to provide place where to sleep not caring much about their convenience or comfort.

The location of the apartment is strategical, few meters away from the rail station and next to the river. 15 minutes away from the airport. Spacious rooms.

Δεν εμεινα καν , το μερος ηταν ακατάλληλο για κατοικηση.

Απολυτως τιποτα, σε μια ωρα απο την ωρα προσελευσης μου στο διαμερισμα εφυγα χωρις καν να με αποζημιωσουν.

Ηταν βρωμικο , μη προσεγμενο , με κακη διαχείριση απο τον ιδιοκτητη τον ενοιαζε απλα να παρει τα χρηματα χωρις να νοιαστει για τον καλεσμενο. Παντελως απαραδεκτο για την booking.com να υπαρχει ενα τετοιο διαμερισμα στην σελιδα της.

Un piso lindo pero lástima por la falta de mantenimiento

El piso al llegar estaba en ubicación más hacia la parte central la cual es un poco peligrosa, con mucho restaurantes bares y drogadictos por la zona, el pis estaba en un sexto piso y el ascensor no funcionaba por lo que tocaba subir por las escaleras que era extremadamente agotador, el teléfonillo no funcionaba, el secador tampoco, la calefacción solo funcionaba cuando el máster del edificio la encendía porque no se podía utilizar la calefacción. Había unas paredes rotas y con bichos. Las camas son muy duras con unos colchones delgados y en general al piso le faltaba aseo. Les solicité el primer día que me pudieran hacer la devolución yo me buscaba otro lugar y no me respondieron a tiempo ni solucionando las cosas. Que me tocó frustrar todo el viaje en el piso de las 180 escaleras

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo per raggiungere la stazione.

L'appartamento NON era quello delle foto, infatti anche l'indirizzo a cui ci hanno dato appuntamento era diverso. Posizionato al primo piano: molto rumoroso per via del traffico (ma con le finestre chiuse si attutiva). Non c'era il condizionatore nè ventilatori. Abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo. Pulizia discutibile.

Reservamos dos apartamentos y cuando ya estaba pagado nos dicen que estaban a dos minutos uno del otro, cuando llegamos a Frankfurt los apartamentos estaban a 10 minutos de distancia. Reservamos apartamentos para poder hacer comida en ellos y no pudo ser por la cantidad de suciedad que había. La campana de la cocina estaba amarilla de la grasa, los sofás cama en un estado horrible, los suelos y paredes llenos de polvo. El mango de la ducha pegado con cinta aislante sin ningún acierto porque salía el agua para todos lados, la bañera no chupaba el agua, al abrir un armario había toallas de antiguos inquilinos metidas en una bolsa sucias y nuestras toallas estaban en bastante mal estado, y un gran etc. Tampoco me gustó que el apartamento a la hora de reservar decía que había parking gratuito sin necesidad de reservar y cuando llegamos el parking era la carretera en la cual solo era gratuito unas determinadas horas por la zona azul, tuvimos que meterlo en un parking. La ubicación no está del todo mal porque está alado de los rascacielos pero está en una zona llena de drogadictos donde sales y da un poco de miedo.

Sijainti hyvä ja se oli meille tärkein. Asunto oli sisältä paremmassa kunnossa mitä portaikko antoi ymmärtää. Paksut seinät pitivät helteen ulkona. Pulupariskuntaa oli kiva seurata ja yöllistä kadun elämää. Kaikki oli kävelymatkan päässä.

Keittiössä oli vain muutama väline, enemmän olisi kaivannut esim. kahvinkeitintä. Huonosti siivottu ennen meitä, edellisten asiakkaiden karkkeja lattialla ja pölyä. Hella oli likainen ja uunin nappulat sekä ruokavälineet sai pestä ennen käyttöä. Näistä huolimatta ihan perus asunto. Booking comin sivuilla oleva osoite ei osoittanut asunnolle vaan toimistolle ja se vähän pelästytti kun ei tiedetty heti missä asunto oikeasti on. Mutta kun ei vaadi 5 tähden hotellia niin tämä on ihan kohtuullinen.
