About this apartment rental

The modern apartment is located on the top floor of a well-kept private house in a quiet suburban location not far from the Frankfurt City. The apartment is high quality and modern. A total of 70 square meters spread over a spacious living area, two separate bedrooms (double / single), a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a daylight bathroom with shower and bath and balcony. Free Wi-Fi access in all rooms.

Thanks to its convenient location at the gates of Frankfurt and the airport, the apartment offers a comfortable place to stay, especially for city and business travelers, exhibitors and visitors. An RMV bus stop to airport / rail station is located right outside the front door. From Dreieich Buchschlag S Station run every 10 min. Clock commuter trains directly in Frankfurt's city center, the main train station and exhibition grounds. A local taxi service is available in a few minutes.

Great Place to stay with little Kids . 2 playgrounds in the vicinity and a park . Host helped us and turned back on the heating in the evening when it was chilly.Would definately recommand

Wonderful property. Quiet residential area. Lots of room and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Kitchen well-stocked w dishes and cooking materials. Dishwasher not working during our stay, but not a big deal, and scheduled to be fixed. Very narrow driveway to convenient off street parking-- large vehicles may have trouble getting back there. Entry system not a problem once we figured out how to use it. Karin was readily available by phone or email and very helpful. Laundry in basement. Approx 1-2 miles to train station. Location would be slightly less convenient without a car, but was perfect for us. Our stay was during a heat wave. No AC, but plentiful fans were very much appreciated and helped keep the unit comfortable. Had a pleasant evening sitting on the balcony with our wine and pizza and reviewing the places we stayed on our vacation in Germany. This was our favorite.

We stayed in this very clean, well-appointed apartment at the beginning and end of a 2 1/2 week trip to Germany. The apartment was easy to find and access. The owner was great at communicating the location and accessibility of the unit. We found the furnishing to be clean and comfortable. The wifi was good and there was a designated parking spot if you have a regular-sized car. We were driving a large van, and had to find parking along the street, which seemed normal for the neighborhood. The bus stop was right outside of the unit if you are traveling without a car. We found this location to be close to Frankfurt and visited downtown and the incredible Christmas Market. There is a supermarket/shopping market not too far from this unit, where you can buy anything you need. We enjoyed staying here both times and would definitely stay here again in the future! The 20 minute train ride into the centre of Frankfurt was not an issue, but we had not realised it was either a 20 minute walk to the nearest station or a 20 minute bus ride! The flat is well equipped, but lacks any personal touches like pictures on the walls, books, games etc We found the rental instructions rather overbearing for example not being able to adjust the heating without contacting the owner and insistence on disposing of rubbish prior to leaving. Those and the rather temperamental front door key made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been. The bathroom also had a rather musty damp smell and a fitting fell off the opposite wall whilst one of the party was showering.

Lovely property, clean and tastefully decorated. Parking, TV, wifi, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, electric oven provided. Balconies from all bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Only gripe would be that although 5 beds were provided there were only 4 chairs, so one of us had to perch on a low table! Supermarkets and train station withing walking distance. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the apartment for one week for the IRONMAN Frankfurt race. The apartment was big enough for our party of 4 plus one eleven year old kid. The apartment is one of the most luxurious we've stayed in so far. If you like to run or walk, there is a nice park just across the street. For biking the surroundings are not so great due to the fact that it is quite industrial with a lot of traffic on the road. Dreieich Sprendlingen is not a very interesting town from a cultural and/or culinary point of view. However Dreieichenhain is a town just 8k away with a little old town centre and some nice restaurants.

We arrived tired and earlier than planned. The cleaners had just arrived as we did but let us stay and cleaned the apartment while we went out. Thank you! The space was perfect for 4 persons. The kitchen was stocked well and beds were very nice. We used public transit to get around and it was simple with several options. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! Nice neighborhood nearby to the city for a drive in, ample free parking and a bus stop just out the front door. Very clean and spacious, every amenity available. Very helpful, friendly and available owner and accommodating. Great resources for ordering in and wonderful kitchen for creating our own meals and map for walking a few minutes to the grocery and other stores provided even. We were very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed the view and amenities, would definitely stay again, thanks so very much!

Die Wohnung liegt als oberste Einheit in einem Haus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Über der Wohnung ist noch ein Dachboden, der dafür gesorgt hat, dass bei den sehr heißen Sommertemperaturen die Wohnung selbst nicht so heiß wurde, wie befürchtet. Es gibt an den Fenstern Rollläden, so dass wir die Sonne tagsüber gut aus der Wohnung raushalten konnten. Die Betten sind bequem, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es befindet sich sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine dort, die guten Kaffee macht. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden (die Knöpfe befinden sich oben auf der Tür). Eine vernünftige Dusche ist in der Badewanne vorhanden. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bäcker, die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Auch ein Biomarkt mit entsprechenden Preisen findet sich. Die Nachbarschaft ist gemischt - es gibt einige Einzel und Reihenhäuser, aber auch kleinere Hochhäuser in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind verfügbar, wenn man einen Fußweg von 100m in Kauf nimmt. Es gibt auch einen Hinterhof, aber die Zufahrt dazu ist für heutige Fahrzeuge etwas eng geraten - wir haben sie nur einmal mit vielen Schweißperlen gemeistert und danach darauf verzichtet. Der Ort war ein gutes Sprungbrett nach Frankfurt, aber vor allem auch in die südliche Umgebung, wie z.B. Speyer oder Mannheim. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung! Sehr gefallen haben uns die vielen kleinen Details: So waren die Schubladen in der Küche mit vielen Dingen gefüllt, die ich so noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden habe, z.B. einen Stoffbeutel zum Einkaufen und Zettel und Stift, um eine Einkaufsliste zu schreiben. Im Wohnzimmer fanden wir sogar einen Stadtplan, der uns sehr geholfen hat, uns in Dreieich zu Recht zu finden. Vielen Dank dafür :-) Toll fanden wir auch die vielen Kaffee-Pads mit denen wir die Kaffeemaschine bestücken konnten, so wurden wir viel schneller munter! Das einzige Manko war die Spülmaschine. Wir haben es leider nicht geschafft, sie zum Laufen zu bringen. Wir fanden keinen Startknopf und mussten so unser Geschirr trotz sauberer und vermutlich voll intakter Spülmaschine von Hand spülen. Das war aber dank Schwamm, Handtuch und Spülmittel (was auch alles in der Wohnung vorhanden war) kein Problem ;-) Wir haben uns aber vermutlich einfach nur etwas blöd angestellt... Vielen Dank für diesen sehr schönen und gelungenen Aufenthalt. Falls wir noch einmal in der Gegend übernachten werden, kommen wir auf jeden Fall in diese schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung zurück!

Heel aangenaam verblijf in de aanloop van de Ironman van Frankfurt. Goed gelokaliseerd in een niet te drukke buurt. Het Ironman event was vlot te bereiken via deze locatie. Appartement is goed voorzien van al het nodige materiaal en voldoende opbergmogelijkheid. Vriendelijke verhuurders.
