I am renting out the first floor of my house, which features 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, 2 modern bathrooms with showers, 1 kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment is 60 square meters and is fully equipped with high-end amenities. The beds are equipped with adjustable, high-quality slatted frames and mattresses.
The kitchen features a fully automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove with 2 burners, and a microwave with a convection function.
There is a supermarket and a pharmacy directly across the street. The S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes 12 minutes by train to reach Frankfurt/Messe and 15 minutes to reach Frankfurt/Hauptbahnhof.
There is no parking available on the property.

This is a good choice for business travelers who want a nice place to sleep and have breakfast and who don't expect to spend leisure time in the apartment. There is no seating apart from the kitchen chairs. The apartment is up a spiral staircase. Communication with the host, who is very kind, was easy. The location is great with grocery, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream and restaurants literally across the street. The Eschborn station is an easy 7 min walk.

The apartment was great for my work team. It offered convenient access to Messe Frankfurt via train. Station was walking distance and there were several restaurants in town. The grocery store was located right across the street. It's a somewhat busy location but overall worked well for our needs.
Kerstin was very responsive and made check in and the stay easy.
