The house is 80 m², wonderfully homely and full of original features—low ceilings, exposed beams, and a feeling of stepping into another era. It’s a peaceful place to truly switch off. There’s no TV, but we do offer excellent WiFi for work or browsing.

The Village & Location
Neuenhain is a joy to explore on foot. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find:
• Two Italian restaurants (including our favourite, La Cucina, just steps away!)
• A pub, bakeries, ice-cream café, Chinese and German restaurants
• Supermarket (REWE), butcher, fruit & veg shop, post office, bank, doctors, and more
Our favourite spot? Sitting outside the ice-cream café and soaking up village life 🍦
• Bad Soden: 5 minutes by car or bus, or a scenic 20-minute walk
• Frankfurt city: ~20 minutes by car / ~35 minutes by train
• Frankfurt Airport: ~20 minutes by taxi
• Messe Frankfurt: approx. 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport
Good to Know
• Free parking is available throughout the village, usually just a short walk away
• You may drive to the house to drop off luggage
• Ceilings and stairs are original and low/steep—part of the charm, but not suitable for guests over 1.85 m or those with mobility difficulties
• Shops typically close Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday (very German 😊)
If you’re looking for a unique, historic, and cosy home with excellent access to Frankfurt—yet the peace of village life—this little house is a rare and memorable find. We’d love to welcome you. 🏡✨
