The apartment was good for us in that it had 4 bedrooms and was close to the bus stop to get to the train station.Travel into Frankfurt was easy with the S3 train. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by along with a very nice bakery. I would encourage the hosts to label the photos called exterior as of the city and not the building.

We had rented this apartment for a team visit to Frankfurt. The reviews and the pictures looked great, the reality was not so good. The apartment was on the top floor of a building that was undergoing building work and there were piles of materials on the stairs and in the corridors. The apartment itself was open for anyone to enter when we arrived. It was cold and very basic. There appeared to be no door on one bedroom, a curtain on the toilet, no door, a washing machine next to the bath, the kitchen was basic to say the least. The host has been very easy to communicate with up until we had an issue. The gentleman showing us the place was on the phone to him but once we said we were not happy communication stopped and we have had no reply to our emails since. VRBO are involved and I will be expecting a full refund. Not as shown in the very flattering pictures.

Such a beautiful and charming place to stay. And the owners were so accommodating. They even brought us extra air conditioning units. Make sure you hit the Korean restaurant down the street. And enjoy the clean, modern apartment in the middle of a sweet German town.

We had a short, 2-day stay after flying into Frankfurt from North America. It was quite convenient for us, as we adjusted to the time zone difference. The owner was pleasant to deal with thru the VRBO app. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We tried three and they all were good. The area seems to be quite safe. I recommend this property.

We were 3 people, but this was actually a spacious 4 bedroom apartment (1 double, 3 singles, plus a full bath). Well equipped, clean, very comfortable beds. Even has a washer with detergent and a drying rack. Relatively easy to find free parking close by. Very responsive host and simple for contactless arrival. Some street noise, but fine if the windows are closed. Nice view from the generous balcony over some old houses and a church close by, and Bad Soden and the outskirts of Frankfurt. An easy walk down the hill to Bad Soden, a bit of exercise coming back up - but still only about a 15 minute walk (or short bus ride). Reasonably priced and well worth the walk for the extra space. Family day pass for the S-train (for up to 5 people) offered an inexpensive stress-free access from Bad Soden to downtown Frankfurt (ticket machine at the station, and includes subway, buses in Frankfurt plus the bus ride back up to the pension). Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.
