Good location. Great for a short stay

Bright. Close to station. Good amenities near by. Clean. Spacious

That there is a balcony

The toilets not working properly, water in kitchen not turning hot, the plates and glasses are dirty we had to wash them a few times before we could use them, the stairs stink and junkies chilling inside

Terrible customer relations

Spacious apartment and close to the main train station

The environment around the apartment is soo noisy and crowded. The Customer Service of the host is worst I have experience. The host appears to be just taking care of the apartment for the owners and therefore they care less about customer relations

Disappointment especially as we booked for 4 nights and couldn't change apartment

Size and location

Old apartment, almost no electrical sockets to charge etc, shower head support broken, water coming out of the shower, sofa bed in the living room is not balanced and not vertical, no washing machine although in Booking it says there is, the address was not the same as on the site (it was 500 meters from there and to most people it would probably not be a big deal. However, we choose this apartment partly because of the location and when you travel with your 83-year-old dad 500 mt do make a diference

Große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Tolle große Wohnung, den Preis war es wert. Sogar zwei kleine Balkone. Gemütliches geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank und Schreibtisch und alleine drei Betten. Sehr toll. Wohnung hat sogar eine Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen sowie Wäschespinne. Eine Waschmaschine gab es zwar nicht, aber da wir nur zu zweit waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Es gab noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, die Betten etwas einfacher, aber ein großer Schrank. In dieser Wohnung könnten also fünf Leute übernachten. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls sehr groß mit zwei Couches und großen Fernseher sowie einem großen Esszimmer-Tisch. Auch in der Küche gibt es einen kleineren Tisch. Zentrale Lage der Wohnung, sehr praktisch, bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nicht mehr als 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Ausstattung war super bis auf das Besteck, es war zu wenig vorhanden. Der Tisch und Stuhl auf dem Balkon ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bitte ersetzen gegen neue Möbel. Im Wohnzimmer würde ich mir Kissen für die Sofas wünschen, da es sehr einfache Sofas mit wenig Polsterung waren, daher etwas ungemütlich ohne Kissen. und nur auf einer Couch waren zwei kleine Kissen vorhanden.

Miserabel

WC dreckig. Nicht gereinigt. (Eckelhaft). Wasserkocher deffekt ohne Funktion. Fernseher defekt. Sound viel sporadisch aus. Ein Wlan-Router im Zimmer jedoch kein Internetzugang. Also kein Internet kontra Angaben. Kein Parkplatz im Nahen Umfeld vorhanden (Baustellen). Ca. 45 min. Parkplatz gesucht und entfernt gefunden.
