Wonderful apartment, conveniently located in Hoescht.

The apartment was conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the train station and the Main River. Shops and restaurants were also quite close and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was fine. Everything was clean, though the apartment did become dusty during our stay. It was nice having a dish washer and clothes washer in the apartment.

The fridge was tiny and had no freezer. (Note the fridge sitting on the washing machine in one of the photos below.) There was no way to dust/clean the floors. We bought a Swiffer to clean the floors, which had become dusty very quickly. Since we were four people, it would have been nice to have more than one set of keys. Finally, the ceiling lights were extremely bright. We took the bedside lamps and used them in the kitchen/living room, because the lights in the kitchen/living room were too bright. The best would be to put some sort of shade (paper) over the ceiling lights, to diminish their brightness.

We felt just like home !

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped with everything our family needed during our stay. Höchst is a very quiet and beautiful place. Frankfurt center was easy to access (15 min train ride). The owner is super kind and helpful. He recommended that we visited Höchst Christmas Market on Sunday evening, which we really enjoyed. A big apartment in a nice location but not worth the high price

The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds, a great sofa, a nice big dining table, and a large bathtub as well as a shower. The wifi worked well. The location is midway between the Hoechst S Bahn station and the pretty old castle/river part of the village, an easy walk to both. Bakeries and stores are only a few blocks away. Hoechst was a pretty place to spend a night getting over jetlag after long flights from North America.

For the high price, we were disappointed that the apartment did not seem well taken care of. The hall light flickered and would not stay on. There were crumbs on the dining table and benches when we arrived, as well as dust on the window sills and floors. The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty (just a few squirts left). The kitchen trash bin had no bag, and none of the bedrooms had trash bins at all. There were no pods for the coffee machine, and no paper towels or napkins (things we've found in other vacation apartments in Germany). Groups of people (mostly men) hung out in the park and restaurants next to the apartment talking loudly until midnight on a weeknight, which made it hard to sleep with the windows open. It was too warm to sleep with the windows closed, though, as the apartment had no fans or air conditioning.

Great place to use as a launching point for all your adventures in Germany!

The property is very roomy. Plenty of room to be together, but also able to get quiet, alone time. The location is great! There is a market (Friday, Saturday and Tuesday) where ight next door where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as pastries, coffee, etc. it is just a short walk to everything you need including shopping, stores, historic Hochst and to the train station.

About the only thing to be aware of is that the unit is up a few flights of stairs, so carrying bags up and down when arriving and leaving was a bit of a pain.

Ruime kamers, zeer goede bedden, grote keuken met ruime tafel

Douche liep niet goed af, waterkoker verkalkt en denk daardoor kortsluiting, herrie van bouwwerkzaamheden die niet vooraf gemeld waren

Frankfurt und Höchst - immer eine Reise wert.

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und funktional eingerichtet. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und es hat sehr viel Platz. Das Gebiet Höchst ist sehr schön.

Das Gebäude ist etwas ringhörig.
