The stay in that apartment was bad after the payment was made and I was unprepared for the situation after I went to wor

very good location.

I didn't like the inaccuracy in the room description. I tried to communicate to inform them of the problems in the room and there was no reaction. The cooking stove didn't work and its glass was broken. The TV was simply on the dresser because no simple channel worked at all. There was no extra duvet and why did we ask for it. The existing duvet was dirty and was stuffed into the sheet. The pillows and mattress were beyond any standard.

Extremely disappointing stay.

The only thing I liked about is the location. It in the proper city center. A nice happening place.

The property is in 3rd floor and no lift. Very rough bedding Very old flooring doesn’t like a service apartment. Dusty fan. The duvet is hello colour stained inside however the outer cover is clean. Bed cover is very old and thread is out. I have stayed for 3 nights and requested for a towel on the 3rd day, but not received . No proper handwash also - it’s filled with water. If you want a quiet stay , you will hate this place. - this place near to food street that opens till 3.00am, its extremely noisy. If you are staying for more than one night - book only for one night and see if you are happy then extend . Because you can’t cancel the whole stay if you book for 3days. Overall - at the cost I have stayed , it was a terrible mistake . So never expect it to be in the standard of a service apartment or a hotel. For sure , at this price you will get proper hotel in and around Frankfurt and hardly 15mts ride to this location.

The location was great with food, groceries, shopping, and attractions close by. About 25 minutes to the train station. The size of the room was good but there is no leg room on one side. It was comfortable to us.

The bed walls need paint over and also the table top. Need bright light in the shower room.

Just the location was great, downtown and approximately close to everything.

Without any shade or curtain,the morning sun pours directly through the skylight from 5 AM onward, instantly waking me and ruining any chance of more sleep.

Brothel-y vibes and not clean at all

The apartment smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom door was so swollen it did not close at all. The room was filthy and unmaintained at all. Our bed sheets had the hair of other guests and blood resembling stains. The mattress was so thin you'd be better off sleeping on the floor.

Absolute 10 star rating. The best location in the heart of the city centre. Only 100 meters from the main central shopping street. It is very peaceful, quiet. Nice room. Perfect heating, heating is so so good, I felt very warm and comfortable. Hot water is always on plenty of it, you can have a long relaxing shower as much as you want. Very good price considering the fact you are in the heart of the city centre. Communication with the host was great, they respond very quickly, they gave me earlier check in , very private place. I love staying in Charming apartments.

Very convenient location. Apartment not heated and windows were left open when I arrived (outside temperature was 4 degree Celsius). Pillows on the bed are not comfy at all. TV was not working-could not put on any channel. Coffee machine was also useless-I could not make myself a coffee, the capsule was swollen by the machine without delivering coffee.

Nice bed and shower. I loved the location especially when a Starbucks was right around the corner. Definitely wanna stay here next time as well!

I sunk in the pillows. Too light maybe? Had to use two pillows to sleep so might have to ask for a third one next time or bring from home, but nice bed.

A good apartment at convenient location at a very good price.

It’s a small apartment in the center of Frankfurt. 1 minute walk from subway. 30 min from the airport by the direct S-train. Pedestrian street, restaurants and shopping just at the corner. Great value for money, especially at the time of Book fair. Clean linens and towels. Good soundproof windows and thick black curtains that allow you to sleep comfortably. Flawless fully automated checkin and check out. Clear instructions about the check in.w Wfi was easy to connect and seemed to have a good speed. Overall a good stay.

The neighbourhood did not feel safe. Yes, it’s the central part of the city. The entrance into the apartment building is door to door with some kind of a bookmaker store. So, from morning till night people just “hang around” on the street. There is nothing bad to report , but coming back in the evening in this small secluded street does not feel comfortable. Pillow was of a horrible quality as exists only in cheap hotels. The need to leave 4 euros of the city tax in cash was annoying. I do not carry cash anymore and had to look for it.

It's very central, safe area. Easy to find the place. Good facilities inside of the studio.

No AC! The two nights I was there were super hot..... and it's on the top floor. The light bulbs will heat up the room as well.... No lift! Gotta carry my suitcase to the 4th floor by walking the stairs....

Everything I needed within walking distance and a supermarket just across the road.

It was quiet and very restful. The decor was minimal but not sterile. The location was brilliant and Host Andreas was particularly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a safe place for a solo female traveler. If every stay on my European adventure is as easy I will be an exceptionally happy traveller. Location - close to city center.

The room seems to be trapping a lot of heat - even with all windows open, it did not cool down. Also upon check-in, I feel the room could be kept cleaner. There was dust in some places and amenities in the kitchen that people use are not entirely clean.

the location is just great! close to everything you need. the appartment is clean and has enough space for your stuff, and the shower was very nice. friendly and service minded staff- easy access to checkin , communication and checkout.

The street outside was a bit noisy- since it was so hot outside we needed to sleep with windows open. but then we got some air conditioning placed in the room which was great help.

De accommodatie had wel alles in huis wat het had belooft.

Het was net schoon genoeg om te blijven maar ik heb wel overwogen om te vertrekken. Jammer dat dingen stuk waren, misten (zoals een vriezer deur) of vies waren (muur in badkamer had vlekken).

Das schlimmste war das Bett. Es ist kein Lattenrost vorhanden, sondern nur 3 Holzbretter unter einer dünnen Matratze. Man lag teilweise durch bis auf das Brett. Rückenschmerzen waren an der Tagesordnung. Dann waren die "bettnahen" Steckdosen hinter der Bettwand. Man durfte das Bett also erstmal vorziehen, um da ranzukommen. Das Bett stand auch im Wohnraum, ein separates Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht. Feuermelder waren abgebaut, Kleiderschrank und Küchenmöbel waren dreckig. Die Dekolampe und der Lüfter waren kaputt.

Ytterdörren mot gatan var olåst ett par gånger men personalen snabb att svara. Jag hittade en kackerlacka på rummet, personalen hanterade situationen mycket bra.

Wir haben eine andere Unterkunft erhalten als wir gebucht haben. Wir hatten explizit ein größeres Zimmer mit Tageslichtbad gebucht und ein kleineres Zimmer mit innenliegendem Bad erhalten. Das Zimmer/ die Wohnung war komplett abgewohnt, Wände zerschrammt (teils auch in unerklärlichen Höhen), der Boden in der Küche war aufgequollen, Fliesen im Bad beschädigt, die Möbel waren abgewohnt, die Vorhänge sind zu klein für die Fenster (praktisch wenn der Nachbarhof die ganze Nacht die Scheinwerfer in die Wohnung strahlt - es bedarf kein anschalten vom Licht). Die Flecken auf dem Vorhang direkt neben dem Bett wollten wir uns nicht zu genau anschauen, was das war kann sich jeder denken. Und wir Flecken und abschrammungen auf 2m Höhe oder mehr zustande kommen wäre zwar interessant, aber nicht wenn man grad in der Wohnung bleiben muss…

La posizione del appartamento è molto comoda.

Prima io ho chiesto la possibilità di fare check in prima per motivi del un evento in cui io dovevo partecipare, mi hanno detto che sarà possibile. Al momento quando sono arrivato ho trovato l’appartamento molto sporco e con la puzza della droga (questo odore rimaneva 3 gg anche dopo aver pulito l’appartamento) Ho chiesto i chiarimenti ma alla fine non potevano darmi un altro appartamento, perché c’era overbooking. Ho chiesto il rimborso neanche questo non è stato consentito a me, perché dovevano parlare con titolare che non c’era. Sono rimasto davvero deluso, e sconsiglio vivamente di questo tipo di alloggio.

Uncharming Apartment

Eigentlich nichts. Selbst die Lage, die als positiv hervorgehoben wurde, erwies sich als negativ, da in einer engen Seitenstraße, die Lärm und Gerüche direkt ins Zimmer leitete.

Das sogenannte Charming Apartment macht trotz des hohen Preises einen ungepflegten Eindruck, schlecht ausgestattet, unsauber und unkomfortabel. Im Bad Funzelbeleuchtung, keine Ablagen, aufgequollene Tür und Schimmel. Das Bett war eine einzige Katastrophe, über einem Brett lag eine dünne Bettauflage, an schlafen war kaum zu denken, wenn es der Lärm von draußen überhaupt zuließ. Wir haben nach 2 Nächten die Flucht ergriffen und haben uns ein Hotelzimmer genommen, dadurch natürlich doppelt bezahlt. Nie wieder!

Es roch stark nach Marihuana, der Tisch war klebrig und blutig, das Bad offensichtlich nicht gereinigt, denn es waren noch deutliche Spuren des vorherigen Gastes zu sehen, vgl. Sie dazu bitte die Bilder. Unter diesen Umständen war ein Verbleib vor Ort nicht möglich, wir mussten in ein anderes Hotel wechseln..

Haare waren im Bett auf dem Boden, kaum gibt es Besteck und Gläser etc Die Geräte wie Ventilator waren fast kaputt , defekt , waren so viel feucht fliegen im Timmer weil der Müll gleich unter unsere Fenster war , die Matratze zu dünn genauso wie die Polster …
