City Apartment Central & Near Fairgrounds

Great location. Surprisingly cool despite no air conditioning. Fans were appreciated

We had a really lovely time in Frankfurt, and this apartment was the perfect base for our family of four while attending a two-day event at Festhalle. Despite the enormous heat outside and the very central location, the apartment stayed surprisingly cool and was also incredibly quiet — such a bonus! It’s very spacious, so everyone had their own room and could enjoy some privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Samuel is an amazing host and went out of his way to accommodate all our special requests. We really appreciated it. Hospitality at its best!

The only downside — and of course this is absolutely not Samuel’s fault — is the area around Frankfurt Central Station, which can feel quite rough. We usually love walking around a city, but this time we chose to use public transport instead, and it turned out to be very convenient. Just something to bear in mind when booking.

Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und groß mit hohen Decken. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung geschmackvoll. Es gab Schokolade und Gummibärchen und jeder hatte einen Beutel mit kleinen Duschgel usw. Die hinteren Schlafzimmer waren recht ruhig und gingen in den Innenhof, das vordere war eher laut wegen der Straßenbahn und Partypeople am Wochenende. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ging es aber gut. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren, der Altbau heizt sich aber auch nicht übermäßig auf. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist gleich beim Skyline Place (Einkaufen, Essen) und auch das Senkenbergmuseum und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und gut.

Die Straße war ziemlich vermüllt, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung optimal, weil wir bei einer Feier in der Genussmanukatur nebenan waren. Wir fühlten uns auch sicher, Parkplatz konnten wir in einer Nebenstraße finden,
