Nice location and big enough flat, but with animal hair on furniture and lack of adequate supplies
The location was close to the train and the grocery store. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The forest is also close. The space was big enough for my traveling party of six people. The directions to get inside were easy to follow. Questions were answered by property owners. There were extra linens in the various cabinets and drawers.
There was pet hair on the upholstered furniture, including one bed in particular. This was challenging for the people in our group with animal allergies. We specifically looked for a place to stay where pets were not allowed because of the allergies. On the information page on booking.com, it says no pets. Obviously this is not true because there was pet hair and the smell of animals (on one or two duvets in particular). There is a washing machine, but the box of laundry detergent was empty. Likewise, we had to buy our own hand soap for one bathroom. One shower drain was clogged. There is an electronic number pad instead of a key. The would be very convenient, but it did not consistently work. There were times we had to put the code in 4 or 5 times before it would unlock the door. Each unsuccessful time we would hear that it was working, but the door would not open, showing that we had entered the code correctly, but the electronic lock was failing to work properly.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und behaglich eingerichtet
Verkehrsgünstig gelegen - U-Bahn Station fussläufig. Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sehr großzügig, modern und bequem eingerichtet. 2 Bäder, (1 Dusch-, 1 Wannenbad). Großer Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genügend Besucherparkplätze zum Parken vorhanden. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!
In den Schlafzimmern ist es durch die nahegelegene Straße und die U-Bahn etwas laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber erträglich. Das Nuki-Türschloss ist nicht ganz fest mit der Tür verbunden, sodass es manchmal ein paar Versuche braucht, bis die Tür aufgeht. Die erneute Befestigung durch den Eigentümer hat leider nur einen Tag gehalten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und gut aufgeteilt. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Die Türcode-Sache ist an sich prima - wenn man ihn auch zu der versprochenen Zeit zuverlässig bekommt.
Gastgeber unfreundlich, antworten nicht auf Fragen. Ich würde gefragt, wann ich kommen will, 14-15 h geantwortet und bestätigt bekommen. Nächste Mail: Ankunft ab 16 h lt.Gastgeber. Nachgefragt und patzig zurück "wenn ich sage 14 h dann ist es auch 14 h und der Türcode kommt vorher". 14 h: kein Türcode. Mehrfach angeschrieben um den Code nach der zugesagten Zeit dann zu bekommen. Das ist ja wohl nicht das erste Mal. Sehr unzuverlässig!!! Ich finde das indiskutabel. Wir zahlen vorher und kommen nicht absprachegemäss rein? Lest Bewertungen auf Airbnb dazu! Zwischendurch gestellte Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn, das muss man wissen (Lautstärke in den Schlafzimmern). Entgegen der Auskunft der Vermieter findet man die Besucherparkplätze oft durch Bewohner der Häuser besetzt vor. Ist reine Glückssache ob man einen Platz bekommt. Für uns 2 hat ein offenes Regal für unsere Kleidung gereicht, bei mehr Personen wird es schwieriger, da ein Schrank im Flur und Sideboard in 1 Schlafzimmer voll Bettwäsche sind. Ist wirklich schade, als Wohngelegenheit auch für länger wunderbar.

die Kommunikation mit Anna lief reibungslos. Bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit die Vermieterin erreichen. Ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Check-In. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
