Seagull Cottage - Chapel St Leonards - close to beach & shops

Everything

Could do with two new settees

Lovely place, quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

Under the property policies it’s says no pets. But the property does allow pets. There was dog hairs on one of the sofas and was covered over with a throw. I do personally have pet allergies and would not have booked. But the property was clean and fresh so we accepted this. The bath mat wasn’t laundered so was left as is by the previous guest. I would have liked to have gone in the property just a little earlier but was refused. I see that another guest got this privilege and thought as a good will gesture, that this would happen. We was put off by the camera constantly pointing at the property from the home opposite. I understand that this is probably a security thing, but to be monitored is something off putting.

Location good

Could only get a few tv channels( there was something wrong with ariel) Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling and not sure if it was working. No utility instructions.

We had a great time everything we wanted
