Perfect Christmas Getaway at Cosy 4 Bed in Chapel St Leonards
We had a fantastic stay at the Cosy 4 Bed in Chapel St Leonards. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were cosy and ensured a great night's sleep, and the whole place had a warm, homely feel from the moment we walked in. A lovely surprise was the welcome gift, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly valued as guests. It set the tone for a really enjoyable stay. Although we know the area well, there is an excellent welcome pack which is very informative. The driveway is ample for two family size cars. This property has ample amentities, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was ideal: peaceful, yet conveniently close to the beach, shops, and local attractions. It’s perfect whether you’re looking to relax or get out and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone looking for a cosy coastal break!
More of a suggestion than a dislike, would be nice to have bedside cabinets on both sides of the beds and perhaps a wardrobe in the master bedroom. The back bedroom could also take a larger bed, felt a little small, but didn't ruin a quiets night sleep.

Incrediblely spacious, modern property.
The property was stunning, clean throughout, incredibly spacious with lovely, modern decor. The host was incredibly welcoming, staying in touch and replying quickly to any enquiries! The property also has a private driveway which was very convenient! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again in the future!
There wasn’t really anything to dislike, property fit our needs perfectly!

The grandchildren enjoyed their stay. Shame weather wasn’t a bit better.
Plenty of room for the family Parking was good Central location for travelling.
Lacked a few things, I.e egg cups, welcome pack (coffee, milk), bath mat.

FAMILY CELEBRATION
Car parking for 2 cars, House much bigger than expected, well presented and very clean.Downstairs bedroom a great asset. The beds were very comfortable in all 4 bedrooms .Useful having charging bases to upstairs lamps. The dishwasher was unexpected suprise but needs to be added in the description. Modern bathroom. Close to the beach. Quick to respond to queries . Lovely house for a family celebration
Problems with Internet service affected tv , understand this was an issue with BT, and out of the control of the owners who responded quickly and offered compensation.

Staircase is steep and furniture in bedrooms was aged considering the modern interior fixtures. Would not recommend for disabled, even though there is a downstairs bedroom as not much room around the bed. Bigger quilts needed on beds. And a tv in second upstairs double. Only 1 toilet and bathroom so queues form early In the morning. Would I stay again. Yes without hesitation.
