Avalon by Soluna Stays is a newly renovated, spacious 3-bedroom coastal bungalow in Chapel St Leonards, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, village shops, pubs and amenities.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, Avalon has two king-size bedrooms and one twin bedroom, making it ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a comfortable break by the Lincolnshire coast.
The bungalow has been completely renovated to a high standard and offers plenty of space to relax. There is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a separate front lounge, a dedicated cinema room with a large TV, a bright conservatory and a spacious utility room. For cooler evenings, guests can also enjoy the wood-burning stove.
Outside, there is a large front garden with plenty of room for children and dogs to play, as well as a secure enclosed rear garden with a patio, seating area, gas BBQ and egg chair – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Avalon has a main family bathroom and a separate WC, with private driveway parking for up to four cars.
We are also dog-friendly and welcome up to two small dogs by prior agreement, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the seaside break too.
The beach and centre of Chapel St Leonards are around a 10-minute walk away, while a bus stop directly outside the property provides easy links towards Skegness, Mablethorpe and the surrounding Lincolnshire coast.
