Welcome to Jay Sea's View – your cosy coastal escape in Chapel St Leonards. This dog-friendly, two-bedroom home is perfect for couples, families, or friends, with both rooms offering comfy en-suites. Just a short walk from the beach, arcades, pubs, and the best fish and chips around. Bring one large or two small dogs along for the fun!
The space
The house includes a 2 bedrooms, one double and
a twin room (note that the twin room has a single bed with a pull out single bed beneath it), fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, private bathroom/shower, and all the little touches to make you feel right at home.
You’ll find arcades, traditional pubs, fish and chip shops, takeaways, and ice cream parlours all within walking distance. The nearby beach is perfect for a day of sun and sand or a peaceful evening walk.
Looking to explore? The popular resort town of Skegness is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a fun-filled day out with its pier, amusements, aquarium, and more.
In summer, enjoy vibrant beachfront fun; in winter, embrace bracing walks and cosy nights in.

**HIDDEN GEM** - From the apartment, descend the stairs and turn left onto the back lane. Proceed straight ahead, passing the car park, with blocks numbered 20+ on your right, followed by blocks 30+. Continue along this path until you pass block 70+ (which will now be on your right). Just beyond this point, you'll find a sandy set of steps on your left—these lead directly to the beach, offering a peaceful and less-traveled route to the sea.
Alternatively, for a more vibrant seaside experience, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and follow the back lane in the opposite direction. Along this route, you'll discover arcades, fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, and other classic seaside attractions. At the end of the lane, turn right up the hill to reach the beach via the main promenade.
Whichever path you choose, the beautiful coastline is just a short walk away, ready to enhance your stay with its charm and serenity. The location to the bottom of the steps is called *Sandy Lane* If you type this into google you'll be sure to find it.
