The staff members were exceptionally nice and helpful. The property was ok, but not great. Looks like they were already starting some low season renovations or something. The pool was closed, the lobby area bathrooms were out of order, much of the hotel hallway walls were bare drywall (wallpaper recently removed?). In my room their were no closet doors and the door to the toilet / shower area drug on the floor and wouldn't close. And the wall mounted soap dispenser in the shower was hanging off the wall and eventually fell off. So the staff were incredibly nice but the property was tired. We even opened the window at night b/c of a strong glue or adhesive smell in our room.
