The television selection and reception was my only complaint. I was unable to watch the MLB playoffs in my room, but Jay's Lounge on the property served that purpose.

The pool was perfect for kids 7, 6 and 3. The restaurant and menu worked out great for ordering and taking food back to our room after the football game. The kids loved the free breakfast buffet, it had plenty of options. The price for the hotel was higher because it was a Saturday of Notre Dame home game. But I’ve stayed at other hotels in the surrounding areas, I will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

You can tell that the building had been converted from a motel tp a hotel. Most of the hallways still had that outdoor feel and look. You had to go on a journey to find the ice machine(s) because the only signage on the walls was the room numbers. The room itself was sufficient for what was needed. The sink faucet was extremely loose and the shower head looked like it was about to fall out the wall.

Moldy shower, tv broken, and the safety kick had loose screws to where we were locked out of room. Needed 2 maintenance guys to come figure out how to open the door. Disabled and unable to move to another room. No other compensations offered.

The first room was utterly disgusting. No mincing words. The tv didn’t work, there were weird stains on the walls, the bathroom was dirty and the smell in the room was horrible. The AC was off upon arrival so it had a super damp feeling also. To top it all off, it was an exterior entrance nestled between people that appeared to be long term tenants and the overwhelming smell of substances not legal in all states. We switched and the second room was minimally improved. Would never stay again or recommend.

Rather old hotel rebranded as a Wyndham. Staff trying hard to please but old carpeting in rooms , frayed and worn carpeting in hallway. To pay over $300/ night for this dump was insane. Wyndham name is sullied being associated with this place.

This property is old and in disrepair. It is also dirty. There were many small children running around late into the night, unsupervised and making noise in the hallways and otherwise bothering the other guests. The layout of the hotel makes no sense, and everything you need to get to is an absolute hike from your room to that amenity. Definitely stay away from this hotel if you have someone in your party with limited mobility or who has trouble getting around. The continental breakfast is disgusting. We ended up finding a pancake house and eating there instead. The bathroom in our hotel room was dirty and falling apart. We will never stay here again.

I was immediately turned off by the look of the hotel/motel. The surroundings were a little rough. Once we parked the car the hallway to the room smelled of curry and the carpet was really stained. We could hear dogs barking from the neighboring rooms. The reservation was for a family of 3 and there was only 1 full/queen bed and nothing else in the room besides a dresser/TV stand. our room had a door to the hallway as well as a door to the parking lot. It really should be advertised as a motel. We left 10 minutes after we checked in and stayed elsewhere.

It was pretty clean & the housekeeper was friendly & helpful. We rented 2 rooms & 1 of them had low water pressure, especially the hot water. When i spoke to front desk they said there us only so much hot water for everyone. My elderly mother just wanted to wash her face with warm water & that was not the answer we were hoping for to run hot water for 4 minutes. I also had to turn up the valve under the sink for the hot water because it was barely open, hence the low pressure. The location was good, right off the highway & 5 minutes from the center of town. Shares a parking lot with Mexican Restaurant & KWIK TRIP gas station. Pretty convenient. I liked my room more than my folks liked theirs & i slept decently. Now the AWESOME: We were going to a family reunion & that's why we were there. However, the family member hosting the reunion passed away the morning before we got to the family. Mom is starting to become forgetful on top of losing her close relative & just before we left the hotel, the Housekeeper ran outside to return the cell phone my mother forgot inside the room (under the pillow). It was above & beyond to do that & I hope this place continues to improve & flourish. But hold on to your exemplary employees! They are honest & trustworthy & rare.
