The front desk was very helpful with the room upgrade as well as nice.

Our first room had what looked to be blood on the curtains and stains on the bedding. We were promptly upgraded and moved to a new room where the kids found used condoms underneath the bed after we came back from the pool and we eventually just left the same night. Didn't bother asking for a new room or refund just went back home.

Lots of Things Broken in Room - Front Desk had me sign up for rewards without explaining what it was

The front desk associate was nice but he was taking a while to get me checked in. Probably 10 minutes. Then he had me sign some rewards thing confirming my name, address, and phone number. It was to sign up for some credit card or something and I had hit next before I could go back to read the rest of it. Really odd that he'd do that and not explain what it was.

The front desk associate was nice but he was taking a while to get me checked in. Probably 15-20 minutes and it was almost 3am. Then he had me sign some rewards thing confirming my name, address, email and phone number. It was to sign up for some credit card or something and I had hit next before I could go back to read the rest of it. Really odd that he'd do that and not explain what it was. When I got in the room and turned on the main light switch, nothing turned on. The only lights that worked were the bathroom light and the lights by the bed. The TV wasn't set up and said "No Signal." Tried choosing the right port/channel and it still said No Signal. I had a put a hair clip on the curtains because there was a HUGE gap in the center not only exposing me to the outside world, but a bright light from one of the billboards shining directly in my room. The staff was nice, a little strange though that they made me sign a rewards program without explaining to me what that was. Room was poor, lots of things didn't work, definitely not worth the $120.

ND/Navy game weekend

We had the hotel breakfast twice during our stay, it had a great selection and was delicious. LYNDA at the front desk was very cordial, and helpful. Also noticed her on Sunday morning helping out with the Hotel breakfast. The location was perfect to get to the stadium and even a better perk was that we paid for a bus to pick us up and take us to the game on Saturday. Upon arrival we noticed there was Painting going on the outside of the hotel. The new owners are making many improvements so we were told when we had checked in.

The mattress on the bed was a little too soft. The water pressure in the shower was very poor but yet when we turned on the water for the tub that had better pressure. I forgot to mention at checkout that the table leg underneath the TV was broken( it was like that upon arrival )

It’s offerings are the same as my favorite holiday inn express but for a savings and rooms are suites with couches and chair

Vs holiday inn express; the lights are yellower rather than white as is the color of the walls and there is what seems to be damage as seen by the scrapes on the doors etc

The place is not very clean. Towels and bedding were stained. My white socks were black after about 20 minutes of wearing them in the room. Paint missing in the pool areas. Windows not clean. You get the point.

Absolutely terrible front desk service. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude. I actually never checked in, the hotel employee sold the room out from under us. We are from Northern Michigan and drove several hours and showed up at midnight to check in and they had rented our room out. I will never recommend this to anybody. What a terrible establishment.

I’m 50/50 on how I feel about my stay. Just disappointed in how run down the hotel looked

I’ve stayed here before and this time I was shocked to see how it went down in appearance. My door frame had chipped paint, the elevators looked dirty, the furniture was chipped and the room felt clammy for lack of a better word. Totally disappointed in how the hotel looked in general. In the tub the drain was in an awkward place and taking a shower I kept stepping on it. Toilet paper holder is also in an awkward position and really should be on the opposite side. Also the breakfast needs more items to choose from

It is close to campus and has plenty of options for food and coffee near by.

The property is run down and needs some basic upkeep. Water damage on the ceilings and walls, and every door looked like someone had tried to pry their way in and part of the door latch had been replaced.

Had a power outage and workers walked in on us sleeping. They didn’t say sorry they just laughed, they didn’t knock. And didn’t refund a part of the money considering we were without power so long we ended up leaving.

The stay was fine - the property needs to be upgraded.

Bedding and towels were white, not dingy; breakfast was good.

We had 3 rooms. In one room, the tub didn’t drain properly; in another room, there was not enough hot water for two people to take showers; the privacy curtains were dirty and need to be replaced;in the dining area, specifically the Juice Bar, was leaking and there were towels placed underneath to catch the leaking/dripping water. Overall, the location needs serious upgrading - the walls in the corridor leading to the rooms need to be painted; the window on the 2nd floor corridor was not locked and secured.

Awesomeness

The staff was always nice and welcoming. The included breakfast 😋 was excellent! Kudos to the chef! My boys spent the majority of the time in the pool I believe...they loved it!

No outlets by the pull out couch and chair. Also need a small end table between the two in the corner for a lamp and charging area.
