Check out time was noon. House keeping was trying to get intonroom at 11 and i was charged 60 for not leaving at 11. Wverything says noon for check out time.

Room Fan/AC unit loud even when turned off. Room 324 was facing several large outdoor air conditioning units. Bistro closes too early and other food options/drinks are poor for late arrivals. Breakfast should be included given limited options

My stay was great! Everything was clean and the staff was nice and very accommodating. We were there with our boy's rugby team and things were a bit chaotic on our end. The staff was amazing with our boys and the facilities were great for them. Thank you!

Needed a real coffee mug to microwave tea in room, went to front desk / restaurant 3 people just looked at me, said someone would be right with me, not helpful for them to all pass the buck. The bathroom was very small odd layout. Carpet in room old. Chair in room old upholstery. Pillows were way too thick. We’ve stayed there before and this time was just not as good. Lack of customer friendly service and hotel is showing its age.
