sehr guter Lage an der Marina. poll sehr gut alles im der Nähe für Sauna, Gym, Metro, Marine Mall. Team sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Mathab meine Ansprechpartner war super.

Küche könnte besser ausgestattet, wollte ein bisschen selbst kochen Kuche war zu klein. Bin nicht sicher aber vermutlich Kamera im Schlaf-Wohn bereich.

The location directly at the Dubai Marina mall is great. The appartment is functional and the little balcony is comfortable. I would recommend it for a longer stay as a simple comfortable appartment if you don't expect hotel service standards. You have direct access to the Marina Mall with shops and supermarket and easy access to the marina promenade. Somehow you are allowed to use the Hotel facilities too but we couldn't figure out how.

The appartment is presented online as part of the Dubai Marina Hotel. But this is not the fact. It is a private appartment around 8y old in the resident area of the complex. The reception is not supportive at all as this rental is handled axternal through an external agency. Not through the venue itself. Accordingly the process to get in, get access or request any service is complicated and takes time. It is not suitable for a short comfortable stay. it's more recommended as a longer stay furnished appartment rental. It is functional and clean but a renovation specially in the kitchen area would be recommended. Any visitor must be registered with his ID at the reception
