Our suite was extremely spacious The staff were exceptional The quality of the drinks were good There were plenty of food and drink stations 3 pools Kids club Valet Access to Atlantis Aqua venture was a bonus

The suite was old fashioned and felt bare Used our own toiletries as the aroma from the locctaine products were too strong The shop inside the reception charged 300 AED for 2 small plastic water guns that would have cost 20 AED You need to book your cabana at the pool reception You can’t eat in the al la carte restaurant unless you book for 4 nights or more which wasn’t clear upon booking The pool swim up bar should stay open until 7 not close at 5

Fantastic hotel the restaurants bars and amenities are amazing

The customer relations manager Anastasia was extremely rude, not helpful. It’s like we have had your money we don’t need to please guests. We stayed for 5 nights and could only be put into one al a carte restaurant twice. We were put onto a reservation list I must add always first and never had a WhatsApp or contacted. They said the restaurant were full every night, this isn’t true as I have pictures of each night in numerous al a carte restaurants with numerous tables available and these would have seated at least 25 people. I feel it’s a money saving option, we did visit the hotel 3 years ago and the standard was much higher in respect of pleasing guests. I must add all other staff bar, restaurant, pool and cleaning staff go above and beyond for the customers. Personally Anastasia doesn’t suit this hotel she is ruining the atmosphere and personally us and many other families won’t return due to her rudeness and arrogant behaviour
