Food stations are too wide apart to get food, you have to run around to get a full plate to eat.

The facility is breath taking, and everything was pristine. The staff lwas extremely polite and very helpful. Their willingness to assist no matter the hour, was admirable and they deserve ro be recognized for their hard work and dedication. 👏👏👏👏The meals were well prepared and delicious. An overall seven ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five.

The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at in my life. It is incredibly luxurious, exceptionally clean, and the staff is wonderful. You can truly see that every small detail was thoughtfully considered.
The team responded to every request with care and professionalism. The service was outstanding — everything was simply perfect.
The pool is beautiful and very pleasant, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is excellent
Our room was facing the road, and there was some noise from motorcycles and honking at night, even though the windows were closed. In addition, the food and beverage prices are quite high — similar to most luxury hotels in Dubai.

It is super luxurious, wth hi standards furnitures and probably the best fitness and sport facilities I have ever seen. Beautiful building with many restaurants for various budgets. We had a very good price.
It is far from the city, can take you 1 hour to go to DIFC.
The breakfast is very good but you expect better. YOu make yourself your eggs benedict.

We couldn’t fault a thing—the room was immaculately maintained, with incredibly prompt turndown service and cleaning whenever we stepped out. The thoughtful and generous honeymoon touches each evening made our stay feel truly special and memorable. Breakfast was an experience in the best possible way with every selection imaginable.

Beautiful. Restaurants are good. Love that they have stores like Dolce & Gabbana on the floor. Honestly, you have to experience Atlantis the Royal
Discovered that I’m more of a boutique hotel person. If you don’t like noise, traffic, not for you. But one thing for sure , if you’ll visit Dubai, The Royal is a must.
Breakfast staff is a bit rude? Maybe a bit too overstimulated. Theres so many people there.
Can’t fault it but if you’d rather have privacy and a bit of quiet , definitely not.

We had a lot of fun everywhere , free aquaventure access , lounge club , amazing breakfast , beach club , afternoon sitting overlooking the fountain .. every corner there has something to do

The electricity wasn’t working properly “in the most elegant hotel in the world” my husband needs a sleeping machine, can you imagine two people in the room at 11:30pm trying to fix the electricity problem in a hotel of this category?? For me was a terrible experience. The check-in employees are very unprofessional.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. We had a wonderful holiday.
A few things could be improved. The check-in process was very slow — it took around 45 minutes to reach our room. There were many repeated questions, some of our booking details were lost, and the staff often forgot our requests. Everyone was very polite, but not always responsive: they would promise to follow up, but nothing happened.

BREAKFAST! I am trying to find words that would do justice to their breakfast spread, but I cannot. It was simply exquisite. apart from that their staff was very professional and helpful and the overall experience was much above expectation.
they have a lot of pools but access is allowed to just one with family, you need to make reservations in the others. This makes the place busy especially when with kids.

Bed and pillows are used and do not provide support , I have requested concierge for a pillow but it was not delivered to the room, I had to call again from the room to remind them to sent the pillows, still the new pillows were not that great. It seems over used ….

The only good thing about this hotel was the tasty food, and the kind waiters in some restaurants. Yes, the waiters, security, and cleaning staff were kind, but not the hostesses or administrators. Why are people in higher positions not even smiling and acting as if they’re too important? It’s really off-putting!
This hotel is not about comfort or luxury… our experience was far from impressive. We’ve stayed at plenty of expensive hotels before, but here it was nothing but disappointment. If you position yourself as one of the best hotels, you simply cannot treat your guests this way.
1. It all started when they sent us a payment request email at 00:06 at night. By 12 noon the next day, we already received another email saying “your reservation is about to be cancelled” because the payment was not made. Seriously? We booked this hotel 8 months in advance, and they somehow couldn’t find the time to send the payment link earlier—but I’m supposed to drop everything and pay in the middle of the night just because they finally sent it? At least send it in the morning and give your guest 24 hours to complete the payment. No apology followed—just a cold “ok, it’s paid.”
2. Nobody asked if we needed help with transportation to the hotel. Nobody informed us that absolutely everything in this hotel requires a veryyy advance booking because they are overwhelmed with guests while their amenities are not designed to handle such a crowd. They advertise a rooftop pool—but oh, fully booked. Sunbeds at the beach club—sorry, all taken. Restaurant tables—you’re practically sitting on top of each others heads due to lack of space and big amount of people. The breakfast restaurant was also pure chaos. Crowds of people everywhere, running around with no order. Pools overcrowded also.
3. The iron and ironing board in the room looked like a joke. The hotel cannot even provide a basic, good-quality iron. Instead, you get the cheapest broken iron, and a wobbly ironing board that’s better off not being there at all.
4. The so-called reusable water bottles in rooms smelled awful—the water was simply undrinkable.
5. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel brought us a “cake.” I’ll attach a photo below—honestly, it looked like someone had just pulled it out of their pocket before leaving it on our table. I wish they never brought that cake. Such a shame!
6. When checking out, we had to tell three different people about our luggage before they finally brought it. Again zero organization.
7. It was also ridiculous that upon check-in they demanded a 2000 AED deposit, without mentioning it anywhere in advance. it’s the first time I’ve seen something like this in a so-called luxury hotel.
This hotel was a complete disappointment. It was a nightmare and the opposite of a relaxing place.
It is simply not worth the money!! They are damaging their own name with a total lack of organization and ridiculous rules! not recommending this place!

The property and surrounding area were exceptional. The Atlantis royal didn't provide many facilities for kids besides the pools, however we had free access to Atlantis Palm lost chambers / water parks. The breakfast was exceptional with 17 live cooking stations. The free amnesties in the room were also the best I've seen in any hotels.
The infinity pool was only available for adults only (no kids allowed), which didn't work for us. Also it required a reservation and additional costs. However, there were other outdoor pools available for us to use.

Nice atmosphere and facilities
There was a double charge for the stay without any notice and authorization from my side (nothing was mentioned during check out time). I noticed that only when I received the invoice via email. I called to the property to ask the reason for double charge but after spending one hour on a line I didn’t got the answer. I talked with a few employees and they were trying to reach out to front desk (as they stated only front desk has the access to the payment data) with no success. Two of the personal were quite rude with me (one was Cynthia). I wouldn’t recommend sharing any payment credentials to facility and facing any employee. At the end of a day another employee called me and shared updated invoice with no double charges - but now on a third day I still don’t have funds on my card back.
Considering all above - I could not call this property as a luxury or exclusive. Payment and client management has lowest quality.
